  The house is very open and comfortable with plenty of room for a large family or group to spread out. Lots of decking and porch areas and great tree cover to keep things shady. The location on a cul-de-sac means no traffic worries for young kids on bikes. The two living areas are perfect for families with kids. Ideal location - easy back & forth to the beach and easy bike ride to anywhere in Sea Pines. Having the pool to cool down after the beach or bike ride is a big benefit as well. Owners were very nice and easy to work with. Highly recommend Truffles restaurant and eating ice cream at Harbour Town. Very peaceful and relaxing, we didn't want to leave! Hope we can do it again soon.

  The house is clean and the layout is very family friendly but there is an open starcase that could be a problem for toddlers. Most of all the location is just one row off the beach and right next to the beach path. The owners are extremely helpful. This was our first experiment with a family beach week and we will definitely be back again next year!

  This property was clean and well-maintained. The owners were wonderful hosts. The pool was the perfect size and the beach was just a couple minute walk away. I would recommend this house as an excellent place to stay in Sea Pines.

  We just returned from a week at this lovely home in Sea Pines. The location is great, a two minute walk to a very quiet beach, and short distance on bike to South Beach and Harbour Town. The house was very clean, and wonderful for a large family. The dining room table seated ten, perfect for our family. We spent hours at our heated pool,which was easy and affordable to operate, and then hours at the beach. The beach path was truly a short stroll from the home. The owner was very helpful, got back to us immediately answering our questions. We we all very sad to leave this home in Sea Pines and would go back again.

  Everything was fantastic. The listing was perfect, the photos were accurate, the place was pristine, the owners were accommodating beyond belief. I would recommend this place to anybody, young, old, rich or poor. I would send my mother. The beach is a 2 minute walk. The list of activities, restaurants, etc. is as long as your arm. We particularly enjoy Java Joes. We'll be back soon.

  My family has just had a wonderful week at this great beach house. The location cannot be beat; just a short walk down the beach path to the best beach we have been to on HHI. If you like quiet, wide beaches with plenty of room to play bocci, beach putting, paddle ball, etc. this is the place for you. The house was plenty big enough and comfortable for 7 adults, with all necessary amenities. The ocean is visible from the main floor of the house, and the sound of the surf is so relaxing. South Beach Marina is close by for food, supplies, and other activities, and Harbor Town is not far away. We will definitely come back!

  We recently spent a week at this home and thorough enjoyed all that the house and surrounding area had to offer. It is very close to the beach ... just a quick walk through the shaded area and you're on the beach. Having been to Hilton Head before, we knew we wanted to be in the South Beach area. We rode bikes just about everywhere and we were very close to the Salty Dog complex. My teenage boys spent a lot of time at the Sound, fishing and exploring. The house was perfect for our family. Very clean and comfortable. The master bedroom and attached screened in porch were very relaxing. The living room and kitchen were open and very conducive to hanging out with the family. And, for those times when the kids want their own space, the lower level family room and bedroom are ideal. The pool was wonderful after our days at the beach. All in all, we loved the house. I would recommend it for families, as it provides all the ingredients for a great vacation.

  We really enjoyed staying in this house. The pictures don't do it justice. It's very spacious, very clean and extremely comfortable. The location is perfect. The owner was really helpful and answered all of my questions promptly, and even suggested some area restaurants that we tried and found to be great, especially the Boathouse. We also really liked Skillets for breakfast and Steamers for dinner, both in Coligny Plaza. The kid's especially enjoyed biking to South Beach almost every day. My favorite is going to the beach. It's so quiet and relaxing. We also really liked the dolphin tour with Commander Zodiac. We have been vacation in HHI for about 8 years and do this every year, it's never the same and the dolphins are just spectacular. My husband golfs, of course. He really enjoyed the courses and especially liked coming back and jumping in the pool and then siting in the lounge chair and taking a nap, All in all we loved the house and the location, location, location.

  This house was perfect for our couples, golfing week at Sea Pines. Although we discovered several other great golf courses within five minutes of Sea Pines. Four couples had plenty of room to spread out! House and furnishings are in great condition and very clean!!! You can lay in bed and hear the sound of the waves at night. Great morning walks on the beach. Looking forward to returning for next year's annual golf trip.

  It's great, a 2nd row home and just a 2 minute walk to the beach. We love South Beach in Sea Pines and that it is a 5 minute bike ride to the Salty Dog (area). You feel like your on an oasis while at home, and then you feel like your right in the middle of the "action" in 5 minutes, just our style for a family fun vacation. We loved the house, great open spaces upstairs and downstairs, good size bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms. Clean and functional. With kids having the pool is just an added bonus. We plan on going back every year. Thanks for the memories!
