Does a nice beach cottage with no stairs, its own backyard pool and the Gulf of Mexico a few steps away sound inviting? You have found it - "A LITTLE MORE FUN". The easy 86 yard stroll to the dune walkover reveals the magical place where the sand meets the sea.
Abundant windows, ten-foot ceilings and hardwood floors are throughout. You can enjoy sea breezes on the front porch swing or the tranquil seating area overlooking the pool for your down time. Two bedrooms have queen beds; third bedroom has bunk beds. Each bedroom has its own TV and private bath. The living room has a sofa sleeper.
Carillon Beach is a quiet, upscale, gated, BEACHSIDE village. Walk along the oak canopied promenade to the "old town" area which includes a chapel nestled in the trees by Lake Carillon.
Paved roads and sidewalks create a safe place for children to ride bikes and walk to activities. In addition to our own pool, Carillon Beach has a large, gulf-side pool, HEATED east-side pool, or HEATED west-side pool. Tennis courts, a basketball court, water sports on the lake and a children's playground offer other activities.

Our home is SMOKEFREE, NO PETS ALLOWED and has an Age Restriction. Reservations will not be accepted for vacationing students or singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a legal guardian or parent during entire stay. Chaperoned groups are not accepted. Restrictions apply regarding number of people a parent or legal guardian may accompany.
