No stairs, backyard pool and the Gulf of Mexico will be your treat at "A LITTLE MORE FUN". A two minute stroll to the dune walkover reveals the magic view where the sand meets the sea. In season, Beach Chair Service is provided.
Abundant windows, ten-foot ceilings and hardwood floors are throughout. Enjoy sea breezes on the front porch swing or the tranquil outdoor seating overlooking the pool.
Two bedrooms have queen beds; third bedroom has bunk beds. Each bedroom has its own TV and private bath. The living room has a sofa sleeper.
Carillon Beach is a quiet, upscale, gated, BEACHSIDE village. Walk along the oak canopied promenade to the "old town" area which includes a chapel nestled in the trees by Lake Carillon.
Paved roads and sidewalks create a safe place for children to ride bikes and walk to activities. In addition to our own pool, Carillon Beach has a large, gulf-side pool, HEATED east-side pool, and west-side pool. Tennis courts, a basketball court, water sports on the lake and a children's playground offer other activities.

Reservations not accepted for vacationing students or singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a legal guardian or parent during entire stay. Chaperoned groups are not accepted. We stayed a week earlier this month. The house is beautiful and the location is excellent. Very close to the beach and the private pool in the background was put to very good use! This was our second visit to Carillon Beach and we plan to return again. The community is gated-children can walk safely in the neighborhood. Unique shops, restaurants, pizza, cafe all within walking distance. Grocery stores just across the street. The dishwasher quit working during our stay and the owner had a new one placed during our visit-very helpful! Would recommend this rental to others.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.
