'Two Stuffed Olives' was built in 2009 and is located in the Cottage District of Carillon Beach. It is just steps away from the sugar white sand and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Situated in a private gated community, Two Stuffed Olives is the perfect vacation place for family and friends. This new 2,700 sq ft home offers three levels of spacious accommodations and sleeps 10-14. A great choice for weddings or vacations as we typically rent Sunday to Sunday but we will try to accommodate Sat-Sat rentals depending on availability. It is approximately 1000 ft. from the beach walkover (an easy 2 minute walk) and is 4 houses from the tennis courts, playground, park, and heated pool located off Cottage Court (behind Parkshore Drive). Two additional pools (one beachside) are nearby inside Carillon's secure gates.
This home has all the extras you are looking for. Flat screen TVs, BlueRay DVDs, beautiful heart of pine hardwood floors throughout (perfect for pets and children), granite countertops, travertine stone in all baths, high-end fixtures and appliances - including a standalone ice maker to keep your cooler full for trips to the beach and pool. We also provide four beach lounge chairs complete with cushions and umbrellas set up by Ed's Beach Service daily from March - October as part of your rental - so no lugging chairs to the beach.
The first floor offers living/dining room, well-equipped kitchen, and has a queen bed and full bath. The second floor has the master bedroom with king bed and in-suite bath complete with jetted whirlpool tub with adjoining shower, double sinks, and a beautiful balcony. A third bedroom complete with two sets of bunk beds and private bath for the kids is located on the second floor next to the washer/dryer closet. The third floor features a fourth bedroom with a queen bed, full bath and amazing entertainment room complete with wet bar (microwave, ice maker, mini fridge and coffee maker too). All bedrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor have private balconies and the 3rd floor balcony (lanai) is approx 200 sq feet and has Gulf views. The 3rd floor bedroom balcony also has views of the Gulf and Lake Powell. We also have a Pack 'N Play so you don't need to bring one to the beach for the little ones. The house includes cable TV and free wi-fi in case you need to keep in touch or do a little work while visiting the beach.
Carillon Beach, located just east of 30-A is known for its parks, promenades, dune walkovers and pavilions. The community blends innovative coastal architecture and urban-planning traditions. The centerpiece of the 104-acre walking and biking community is the Carillon Bell Tower housing 35 bells. Sidewalks and footpath system are easy for families and friends to enjoy the amenities of the beach. Carillon also has a 'downtown' market area that includes restaurants, bike rentals, shopping, fitness center and a spa. During the summer make sure you join in for live music at 'Groovin' on the Green' weekly throughout the summer.
Immediately outside of the 24-hour Carillon guard gate is a Publix, Winn Dixie and CVS Pharmacy for all of your needs. Kids can ride their bikes and parents can know they are safe inside the property. Pier Park is 15 minutes away with a large movie theater, shopping (Target, Dillards) and many restaurants like Margaritaville, Tootsies, Five Guys, Cold Stone Creamery, Red Robin, Olive Garden and Longhorn Steakhouse, to name a few.

This is the second year we rented this house, and we all LOVE it. My husband, who is not a vacation person (usually 4 days/3 nights is the max for him,) felt so comfortable during our week stay in this house and neighborhood last year, that he wanted to return to celebrate his 60th birthday this year. Our grown children and spouses joined us again this year, and we all agreed that we MUST return next year for my 60th birhtday. Let's be honest. We will find an excuse every year. This house has all of the amenities that you can possibly desire, but on steroids. The beds are SO comfortable, the kitchen appliances and accessories (dishes, pots and pans, kitchen tools) are all Pottery Barn or Crate & Barrell beautiful. The wonderful breezes while sitting in the lovely deck furniture erase any stress that you may have lugged on your vacation. All of your comforts are considered and addressed in a first class manner. The owners are a delight to deal with. You can tell immediately that they want you to find a home that is comfortable, clean, and convenient. They really do care. We love that the Publix, Winn Dixie, and CVS are minutes away, so that we can easily stock the frig. The lush landscape, the gulfside pool, the cute downtown area all make the neighborhood feel like you are staying in a Caribbean paradise area. For those nights that we choose to eat out, the restaurants on 30-A are an easy drive away without fighting traffic. I am not a person who usually even writes a review, but this property is a treasure.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

This was the perfect home for a multi-generational vacation. The 7 of us ranged in age from 3 to 85 - plus one dog. We were rained out most every day, but it didn't matter. Three floors and decks gave us all space to be together and space to have some quiet time to ourselves. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you could imagine. Two Stuffed Olives is warm, welcoming, and ready for guests. We'll be back as soon as we can.Recommended for: Pet owners, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Will definitely stay here again! Everything you need is within a short distance... Just a minutes walk from the front door are tennis courts, nice open green area, and a great pool. Our kids loved spending the mornings enjoying these amenities, and the afternoons were spent at the beach building sand castles and splashing in the waves...less than a 5 minute walk from the house. Lunch was spent on the third floor balcony, enjoying the great views and a nice breeze from the Gulf of Mexico... Evenings were spent enjoing the nightly entertainment at the Town Center...be sure to try the Wings at Castaways...they are awesome! Check-in was fast and easy...within minutes of arrival, we were enjoying everything that Carillon Beach has to offer. About the owner: My husband and I got married at Carillon Beach in 2009. We fell in love with the neighborhood and started our quest to purchase a house on our first anniversary. We bought Two Stuffed Olives in December 2010 and can't wait to share our favorite spot with you. As you can see, we have two dogs, Sundae and Moxie, that are our 'kids' so we wanted to have a house that accommodates pets as well as folks attending weddings in Carillon with Sunday to Sunday rentals.
