  I was there with my family for vacation and we had a wonderful time. The complex is gorgeous and the unit is kept in great condition. You're in the center of Aspen walking distance from everything the city has to offer. Cant wait to stay here again.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

  I rented this condo for a week for a few friends to go skiing. The location is very convenient being a short 3 minute walk to the Aspen Mountain Gondola. I would definitely recommend this unit as the condo owner was extremely easy to work with.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

  We spent a lovely week at this apartment. We travelled from Sydney with our two teenage children for a week's skiing in Aspen and then onto Vail. We found the apartment very comfortable, clean, quiet and very close to the slopes, shopping, transportation and great restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were extremely comfortable. We would highly recommend this apartment as a great place to stay.

  My friends and I recently stayed at this property over Labor Day weekend and the location could not have been better. Just a couple blocks from the Aspen bus stop (which takes you anywhere you need to go - Snowmass, Maroon Bells, etc). It is within SHORT walking distance from all the shops, restaurants and bars in the Aspen square area and if it were ski season, it is just as close to the slopes. The unit has a nice lanai area out to the pool and hot tub and although garden level, is roomy and plenty of windows. The beds were very comfortable as well. We enjoyed our stay and think it was a great value for the location. The owner was also extremely pleasant to work with and always very quick to respond or answer the phone if we had and questions.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

  My husband and I have been going to Aspen for the last 12 years, and have stayed in various condos or the Sky Hotel. This trip was for the entire month of March, and the condo worked perfectly! Amazing location, well equipped kitchen, and comfortable living area. The owners were very easy and pleasent to deal with. We would stay here again in a heart beat.

  I have rented off VRBO many times and this is the first bad experience I have ever had and it was atrocious. Upon arrival the fridge was not working. We did not realize this until after we had already bought hundreds of dollars of food. This owner could have cared less saying that it worked before we got there and to stop complaining. We lost almost all the food and were with out a fridge for the 1st week of our 2 weeks because when the owner called it in she did not all it in as an emergency, as it would have cost her an extra 200.00. OWNER promised to make some kind or reimbursement but then told us to forget it. This is a basement unit NO VIEWS. poorly equiped. dirty. turn bath lights on tv goes off.

  Owner response: while it is true the fridge was not working the renter decided to contact a repair company who had no knowledge in subzero fridges and almost damaged the entire unit. the repair ended up costing us $750 due to the damage inflicted by the repair company the renter hired without our approval. they were very impatient,abusive and a constant nag and irritation. whatever we offered was not satisfactory and they kept complaining. we have never encountered a renter so demanding and advantgeous. they need to be renting somewhere else cheaper than aspen. all of our client are happy and never complained. this has taught us a lesson on screeing renters from today on and only accept classy people.

  Just came from a trip to aspen this unit was perfect especially the location. Views of everything and the agent was very helpful with all the question i had. Would recommend for anyone you want to be downtown and having the sentiment of being out of town very quiet and cozy. Will come back to aspen and try to stay here for sure.
