Each floor has a full bath, while the second floor has a full kitchen the third floor has a privacy entrance, toaster oven, refrigerator, microwave and sink with an open floor plan.

                            We rented the second and third floor and especially liked the fact that the 3rd floor had a seperate privacy entrance we could retreat to and still be part of the festvities on the second floor. Very nicely decorated and super clean with all the ammenties. It rented like a hotel, so all the housekeeping was included! One less thing to worry about when getting ready to leave. Highly recommended!

                          About the owner: I am a long time owner of my Block Island house and have recently moved back to the island from Stonington, Ct. I rent 2 apartments, seasonally by the night, week and weekend and 6 months in the winter while residing in my studio apartment. Retired from the corporate world, my interests are woodworking, travel, and the pursuit of healthy, nutritious foods
