We found everything to be as described but they left out one very important piece of information...you can't describe just how functional, clean, and accessible everything in and on the condo complex are. This was a great place to stay, central to most of the water activities and only a half hour by car to the airport. You wont be dissappointed and the views of the sunrise above Palominos and Puerto Chico from the balcony are amazing. A must return trip.

Thank you for letting my family stay here. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Watching the boats leave to the islands was nice to see every morning. Our stay was so much fun. From going to visit family to seeing Old San Juan. El Yunque was awesome and the beaches were beautiful. Definitely going to come back again.

Thank you so much for allowing our family to stay at the condo. The view from the living room is spectacular!. We very much enjoyed all of the amenities. The pool was a favorite with my kids. It's a very secure community & everyone was more than pleasant. We will definitely recommend t our friend & family and keep this spot at the top of our list! :-) Just a tip - plan your days and make reservations upon arrival (we didn't) so you can enjoy the beauty of the island and all the fun it has to offer.

Wonderful place and would recomment it to family and friends. Everything you could possibly need on a vacation and some!. View is beautiful, people so very friendly. Our family truly enjoyed your condo, it felt so comfortable. Hope to come back and stay again but for a longer time.

Thank you for providing such a wonderful place to stay. Everything was perfect. We would recommend visiting the forts - taking the hiking and ziplining tour with Eco Tours. The rainforest was beautiful and the puertorrican meals delicious. Bio Bay was amazing. We will be returning - and when we do, we hope to stay here again.

We had 2 families in your condo over Easter break. The condo was great. We loved the balcony views. We toured El Yunque, Luquillo :-) and Seven Seas Beach. We spent a day on the Erin Go Braugh - so much fun! Bio Bay was good too and Old San Juan. Would love to come back to PR.

Perfect location and very safe

This condo is in the perfect place in Puerto Rico. We are golfers and not beach lovers so we wanted a beautiful view close to the golf courses. The view was perfect and we were so close to the courses and restaurants. We played Trump International, Bahia and El Conquistador. Bahia being the most spectacular. We were in the perfect location to go to the courses and back to the condo to get ready for dinner. The tv cable was a little difficult to figure out, but after we did we were able to watch our college teams play from the comfort of the condo. We did not use the pools, so I can't recommend them, but the security is very strict and reassuring. We ate fabulous seafood at La Parillas (#2 Kiosk) in Luquilla twice, Brass Cactus, Pasion in Fajardo, Calizo in Fajardo was our favorite. Be sure to make reservations at all of them. Went snorkeling with Barefoot IV which was great, very safe, excellent lunch and wonderful crew. I would highly recommend them. Also you get a cheaper price because you don't need transportation since the marina is 5 minutes away. We went to Old San Juan for one day, which was extremely hot, but great bargains at the Coach store and drove through the rainforest. Visited all the beaches for the beauty and photography and captured some fantastic photos of resting fisherman and lazy dogs in Las Croabas. Perfect Puerto Rican photos. The condo is very well air conditioned and very comfortable, just what we needed and were expecting. The directions to the condo were perfect and we used our new GPS to get to the golf courses and worked perfectly. Brenda Prado is very good to work with in setting up the reservations.

Christmas in Puerto Rico

We spent the Christmas holiday in Fajardo, Puerto Rico. I had booked this condo about one month prior after doing some research on the Internet. I am happy to say we were very pleased with our choice of this unit. It was very clean, safe, had all the amenities of home and the view was outstanding!!! The pictures on the website are impressive but don't compare to the real life experience of morning coffee or happy hour on the balcony. The owner Sonia was very accommodating, friendly and attentive to our needs. The location was great, close to the marinas, 15 mins to the rainforest, very close to beaches in Luquillo, even closer to Seven Seas beach and kayaking on the bioluminous bay. San Juan was about 45 mins. I would definitely recommend this property.

The condo was in exceptional state of cleanliness and location was spot on. We enjoyed the closeness of the ferry to Culebra and spent one of the days there. We enjoyed having breakfast on the condo and appreciated all the utensils provided. They thought of everything that someone would need to feel at home. It really was a home away from home. We would recommend it to family and friends. We also enjoyed El Yunque. Thanks for the view and hospitality. 'til next time...

PS - the 3 pools and gym were also used and thoroughly enjoyed by our group, very clean, modern and beautiful. We recommend - El Yunque, 787fishing.com - we caught a 100 lb tuna, Las Cabezas de San Juan, Ferry to Culebra, Bio Bay Tour, Ponce and Castillo Serralles, Seven Seas Beach, Luquillo Beach, Rio Camuy Caves, Casino at Rio Mar Hotel

We were thrilled and impressed with our initial view of the condos bedrooms, baths, living room and kitchen but the balcony... with its magnificent view and heavenly breezes was perfection. The four or us loved being there-everything immaculate and in tip-top condition. We could live and sleep on the balcony. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo, nicer than a hotel and certainly more reasonably priced. We will definitely recommend it to friends.

Luxury Condo Exceeded our Expectations

Everything was perfect from start to finish. The booking agent in Georgia handled every detail efficiently and courteously, and was always available by phone and email for my many questions. I felt like her friend by the end of the process. The owner was also gracious when we spoke before our checkout. Our party of four loved the condo which was beautiful, roomy and immaculate, just as described. Beach towels, bug spray, detergent, bottled water, blowdryers, shampoo, blenders, juicers, big tv, dvd player, ..were all available. The rooms were lovely and comfortable with superb AC and great overhead fans which we used in the living room to take advantage of the great breezes from the balcony. We hardly saw any other visitors and we loved the privacy this gave us. The swimming pools were great fun, especially the infinity pool and hot tub, and never crowded, the same with the gym which we enjoyed, too. The guards were courteous and the grounds beautifully landscaped and very safe, with parking just outside our door. But the balcony was the best of all, just as the photos depict, with plenty of room and a spectacular view of the ocean, marinas, and distant islands. First, came sunrise at 6AM and morning coffee. Later, watching the ferry, yachts and snorkeling catamarans was endlessly entertaining. Finally, evening cocktails listening to the melodious coquis (frogs) was a delightful end to the day. We even slept out on the balcony with the cool trade breezes wafting over us, listening to the quiet waves lapping the nearby shore. Very peaceful, quiet and heavenly. Fajardo was a great location convenient to many superb attractions, especially Luquillo Beach, El Yunque Rain Forest, Old San Juan, the ferry to Culebra and Vieques, the tour of Las Cabezas and the Fajardo Lighthouse, the fabulous Bio Bay kayak tours, ocean fishing in Fajardo Bay (we caught a 100 pound 49 inch yellowfin tuna!!). There is so much to see and do in PR that I would suggest a full 14 day stay if you are the adventurous type like us. We would recommend this condo to everyone with no reservations whatsoever. Puerto RIco was an absolute delight and we look forward to a return visit to see more of this beautiful island!

We stayed at Pena Mar from 3/1- 3/8. The condo has the best view out of any of the other buildings. There was plenty of room and the condo had plenty of amenities that really came in handy (laundry detergent, beach towels, bug spray, and coolers). Condo is only a few minutes from the ferry and restaurants and within 30 mins from other attractions. Thanks for a great stay!

View was awesome from the Living room, will recommend it to my friends. Pena Mar is close to ATV ride, horseback riding, rain forest, beaches and moreover ferry station is just 2 miles. We had a good time in culebra and vieques. If I go to Puerto rico again, I will stay only in Pena Mar. Only bad part was that I had to wipe the living room and kitchen floor with a wet mop as soon as I entered the condo, because there was lot of dust on the floor. Other than the floor wipe everything was good.

In regards to cleaning the floor, the condo was cleaned completely prior to your arrival: bathrooms, sheets, kitchen, floors, etc. As a matter of fact, the owner met you right after the cleaning lady left the condo. Perhaps it was quite windy and the wind came in from under the storm doors prior to your arrival. You could have contacted me and would have gladly accomodated your request. Thanks for the honesty though.

This condo is awesome. The view is the best of any building in the development. The condo was clean, the beds were comfy and I can't say enough about the view. We could sit on the patio all day and watch boats and take in the great sunshine!! I would recommend this condo to anyone that wants terrific views, restaurants near by and the best weather. Close to ferry dock to Culebra and Vieques. Very quiet at night.

Beautiful and excellent unit! It was in top shape, clean and very quiet to have a nice good night sleep! The view is out of this world. You can spend the whole day on the sea front balcony and will never get tired of the view, boats, yacht-es, sailing boats, etc, coming in and out. 3 swimming pools that will keep you cool! Top notch restaurants are very close to drive to. We strongly recommend this unit to anyone around the world . We are from Tennessee,USA and will rent this unit again without thinking it twice. Enjoy it!

This was a great find for us!. While it was not on the beach, the balcony view just pleased us daily with the wonderful ocean. Very clean condo with all the amenities to help you relax. We also did the Bio Bay tour and it sure was an experience.

This is a magnificent place!. We meet the owner through a mutual friend and they offered the condo for a weekend. The view and accomodations were great. Just having our breakfast, lunches and dinners in front of the ocean was calming and breathtaking. Would certainly recommend this condo to any friends or family members. We were treated with respect and we now know, that we have a secure place to stay next time we visit PR.
