The 280 sq ft balcony is large enough to provide an additional living space, and cozy seating for 6 is provided. Custom interior design and decorating can be found throughout the condo. The kitchen features upgraded stainless appliances, and beautifully styled dishware. All of your cooking needs are accommodated in this well stocked, custom kitchen. In the laundry room you will find a brand new full size washer and dryer. Brand new TVs and DVD players along with a selection of DVDs will round out your entertainment needs.
The bedrooms feature custom decorating and top of the line comfy mattresses. Customized closets provide for comfortable and convenient placement of your personal belongings. Each bath has been totally remodeled with custom built glass/tile walk in showers for an elegant, upscale look and feel.

We want you to enjoy your beach experience as much as your time in the condo, and have provided for your convenience a free beach service... two chairs and an umbrella that are set up for you each morning on the beach. All you have to do is show up!
Tropic Winds is the newest development on the prestigious west end of Panama City Beach, where the beaches are less crowded and one's experience is so much more relaxing. Our complex also offers many great amenities. We have a lovely outdoor pool, a sauna, an exercise room facing the Gulf, and a beach side outdoor hot tub. For your convenience you have a reserved parking place right in the building's garage just across from the elevators. No searching for a place to park across the street when you return; your spot will always be there!
When you're ready to get out there and join the excitement, you are minutes away from any place you would want to go. Just down the road is Pier Park, a new open air complex right on Front Beach Road with extensive shopping, dining, and entertainment venues. The largest retail center in Northwest Florida, it is home to familiar retailers, but also offers many small local shops with unique gifts and treasures for all. With its beautifully landscaped walking paths, a kiddies amusement park during much of the year, a park for summer concerts and festivals - like the Summer Concert Series and Seabreeze Jazz Festival, and The Southern Theater’s Grand Theater which offers 16 movie theaters, there is something for everyone. Just down the road is the Frank Brown Park, a recreational facility with baseball fields, playgrounds, fishing and picnic areas, and an aquatic center. It too is host to many sporting events, and annual special events like the Seafood Festival and Thunder Beach.

Why the Owner Chose Tropic WindsWe chose Tropic Winds vacation condominium in the western area of Panama City Beach, Florida after plenty of investigating the area for a "best value" property that included quiet beaches, a new property with the most up-to-date amenities / services, and relatively close proximity to restaurants, shopping and vacation activities. The condo was originally purchased as our second home beach escape from Atlanta, GA. We liked the area so much, that we purchased a home in the nearby Seaside, FL area and only recently converted the condo to rental property. Tropic Winds is the newest high rise building in Panama City Beach and offers near hurricane-proof construction, latest building safety features as well as modern interior design.
The Unique Benefits at this CondoWe have enjoyed an immediate access to the quiet, beautiful white sandy beaches. The beaches in this area are "less traversed" which enhances our relaxation experience. We often take long walks westward on the beach from Tropic Winds where there are fewer vacationers, residents and high rise buildings. In the evenings, we watch the sunset from our 22nd floor large balcony. In the early morning, we often see marine life, such as dolphins, various schools of fish, the occasional sand ray, and pelicans feeding on fish. We also enjoy use of Tropic Winds large beachside hot tub, pool and the sauna. Our condo decor and furnishings are all new and were upgraded for our personal use, creating a cozy upscale retreat. Both bathrooms have been upgraded to include larger glass walk-in showers, further enhancing the bathing experience. Only minutes away is Panama City Beach Pier Park, which offers activities, shopping and dining in which we partake frequently. Other area restaurants offer the freshest, best prepared seafood we've experienced. Additional to Panama City Beach fun-filled activities, the nearby communities of Panama City, Seaside, Destin and Appalatchacola offer an array things to see and do!
