Spent a week with my 3 teenagers, my extended family rented 6 condos at seascape villas the same week, and this was by far the nicest, great layout, quality furniture, great appliances, over looking the pool. We really appreciated this place, my extended family all loved visiting at our condo. Very easy to deal with owner as well. If you can't climb stairs these condo's aren't for you, the master is on the 3rd floor, but I liked that, with the balcony overlooking the pool, very nice master bedroom.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

We have stayed at this property recently. The location is perfect for beach, golf, shopping and all around activities of Hilton Head. This unit has superior furnishings and amenities. The pool is right outside the door and the master bedroom balcony is perfect for morning coffee and time with your favorite book.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

About the owner: I'm the owner of a manufacturing company in Fort Lauderdale. Golf is my favorite sport. I'm able to get away several times a year and Hilton Head is my favorite destination.
Why the Owner Chose Seascape Villas:
Wonderful golf and climate compelled me to spend maximum time in Hilton Head. A great spot to relax and unwind. We have made lots of friends in the area and enjoy local restaurants and shopping. Seascape is one of the most desirable locations on the island. The beach and convienience to local amenities sold me on this spot!
The Unique Benefits at this Villa:
Golf is number one with us. Lounging by the beautiful pool is great. The deck is where we spent most time when the weather is right. Mornings on the master bed room balcony are great.
This villa is very upgraded and has decor and furnishings that are unique for a rental. Great care was taken in choosing only the best of everything. The photos confirm this quality.
The Seascape complex features naturally landscaped grounds with walking trails and lagoons and 2 swimming pools. There is also a private Beach Cabana located on the ocean for the exclusive use of Seascape owners and guests. The cabana includes outside showers and restrooms so you don’t have to run back to the villa for those emergency bathroom breaks!
Walk or bicycle to famous Coligny Plaza with over 80 local shops, restaurants, and a movie theater. Hilton Head's only Water Park is only a short 2 blocks away.
