The Villa is five minutes from the fine dining & shopping of the village and ten minutes from the spectacular, world class National Park beaches.
Overlooking Chocolate Hole, Great Cruz Bay & Rendezvous Bay, the Villa allows you to come home to from the beach, swim in the pool, shower and go out for dinner with convenience.
The custom designed fresh water pool is enhanced with colorful tiles, and the large pool terrace provides a private area for sunbathing. The pool area provides and additional space for weddings and reunion celebrations.
The pool level has a two-story living room and a fully equipped modern kitchen. Large French doors open one end of the living room & indoor dining area to the pool area and panoramic views of the islands & sunsets. The kitchen is as efficiently designed as a ship’s galley, and features port hole windows with a spectacular view out to sea.
The Villa has three bedrooms. Two queen bedrooms are on the pool level with their own deck and shared bathroom off the hall. A master bedroom loft suite is on the top level with its own private deck, king size bed and master bath with two sinks.
The terrace which opens from the living room to the pool is an ideal place for outdoor dining. The Villa is perfect for honeymooners & anniversaries or small family gatherings. One or two couples often take the Gift Hill Villa, while a third couple or other guests needing additional space may also take the Gift Hill Garden Suite, a one-bedroom apartment suite below with a separate entry

Excellent hosts, wonderful private setting with southwest/west island water views. At night while enjoying evening swims in the pool, you'll be amazed by the unique-stylish lanterns which abound the property. During the days, if you feeling like lounging...you'll have countless places to read on the plentiful decks, and tiled patios. Our family looks forward to returning one day.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About the owner: Donald & Deborah Schnell have brought the experience of twenty-six years of Saint John living to the creation and decoration of their Villas. Donald & Deborah have made St. John their home since 1975 and have raised their three children - Abigail, Lucas & Michael - here. Donald & Deborah combine elements of grand Italian Villas from their trips to Perugia, Italy for the Umbria Jazz Festival (the Director & his large family are yearly visitors to Artistic Villas) with traditional, island Caribbean Villas for a uniquely perfect vacation experience. Donald's Studio creates ceramic lighting and offers lighting, design & decorating consultation to all the finest resorts in the Caribbean, and he brings all these elements to their Villas. Originally from Michigan, Donald attended graduate school at the University of Chicago where Deborah was a pediatric nurse.
