  As other reviews state, the pictures look great but it's even better in person. Our bedroom was bathed in orange every morning at sunrise. We kept the blinds open just to see it! Having our morning coffee out on the deck was something we looked forward to, followed by a dip in the pool just steps below. Then we were ready for our daily outings. So much is available in walking distance, from the marina, marlin fishing, water taxis to Medano beach, kayaking, jet skiing, not to mention the amazing array of surrounding restaurants and of course the shopping. Having a second bathroom for two teenage daughters was heaven. We've shared the one bathroom hotel rooms and it just doesn't work. They absolutely loved having their own room and bathroom. Our condo was outfitted with everything we could have wanted from beach towels to laundry detergent, coffee maker and blender and wonderful stainless steel appliances. The property manager, Bibiana, offered her services for anything we needed but we never had to call her as everything was perfect. Thank you Don, for accomodating us during the busy springbreak. We absolutely loved it!

  We stayed at Casa Weintz in March\April 2012, for a one month getaway from the great white north and had a wonderful time while there. Everything was as advertized with a beatiful gourmet kitchen and an open living dining area with a spectacular view of downtown Cabo and the Sea of Cortez. 10-15 minute walk to town for the exercise conscious. Thanks again Don for being a great host!! :) Terry

  Words cannot even express how my family and I enjoyed visiting Cabo San Lucas and staying at the Pedregal in a private condo. The condo was beautiful as was the view from the condo. The owner Don Weintz and the caretaker Bibiana were so helpful to us especially for a short notice booking. Thank You!!! It was our first visit to Cabo and we know it isn't our last. I already know where I will be staying on our next visit.

  I travel to Cabo San Lucas several times each year for over 20 years and have stayed at just about every hotel or resort there is. This time, I opted to stay in a private condo in Pedregal and found this unit online. While the photos here on VRBO are good, they simply don't do justice to these condos... it's even better than it looks!! Plenty of room and the unit is very well appointed with upscale furnishings and a completely equipped cooks kitchen. Everything you need from blender to coffee maker and nothing but top of the line stainless steel appliances. The unit even has a washer/dryer hidden in the utility closet so flying carry-on only is perfect. Each room has a widescreen HD tv plus iPod docks hooked up to the stereos. The beds are super comfortable, these have to be high-end mattresses and are definitely a step above what you'll find even in the best of resort hotels. The bathrooms feature nothing but natural stone and tile surfaces along with huge showers with rain-shower heads and glass doors. The master bath has double marble vanity, the second bath has a single marble vanity but both have more than enough room for your stuff. Closets are all built-ins with enough room for a month's worth of clothes!! Bottom line.... I couldn't have been happier with our choice and will definitely stay here again. Can't recommend these units more!! If you need to stay in touch or handle business, wireless high-speed internet is available. As nice as the unit is, it's the views that will knock you out. Nothing better than waking to a gorgeous sunrise right from your bed!! The views continue from the kitchen, dining and living areas but step out on the terrace and you're in for even bigger views. The owner has two units, both 2 bedroom, and they're adjacent to each other. He's even installed a lockable door between the two terraces so if you have a larger group or family trip in mind, rent the two units, open the terrace door, and you have the entire second floor all to yourselves!!

  We have been going to different parts of Mexico a couple times per year. We have always stayed at 5 star all inclusives. We met the owners at one of them when they were buying these condos. Not only are they wonderful people but this Condo was absolutely amazing!!..We stayed there for 2 weeks in January and we had a couple come stay with us for 8 days of that. We loved it so much, new and very clean, perfectly decorated and the view was unbelievable. Compared to a resort this was our home and we became very attached to the feel of it. It is very secure with it being gated. There is a private beach in the gated area which blew our minds.Just writing this review makes us want to be there now. We will be back!!!!!!!

  Feb 3 - 14, 2011 was a wonderful time stay at this beautiful condo! I have been to Cabo about 15 times and would have to say that this was the nicest place I have stayed so far! Not only was it beautifully decorated with all new appliances, but free Vonage phone to call anywhere in North America, high speed wifi internet, beautiful new furniture, and fully stocked with all the necessities. Close to everything. The marina was just a 10 to 15 walk and everyone was very nice and friendly. The owner was especially accommodating and courteous as he provided a private concierge that made sure that everything was 110%. I would recommend to anyone and everyone. I look forward to returning soon and will be sure to book the same condo if its available.
