The house at Birch Rock Point is a comfortable, private place to casually relax and enjoy beautiful waterfront sunsets and gentle breezes among the birches. Accommodations center around an expansive, great room that has three levels of windows and a balcony overlooking Cochran Lake. Situated 80 feet from the water's edge, the house provides private access to swimming and kayaking.
Accommodations for up to seven people:
* One queen-size bedroom with private half bath and lake view
* One queen-size bedroom with shared full bath
* One bedroom with full-size futon and shared full bath
* Two additional full-sized futons
* Two separate full baths
The house is equipped with two full kitchens, each including a refrigerator, stove, both conventional and microwave ovens, dishwasher, dishes, coffee maker, and cooking utensils. Sheets, bath towels, blankets, and pillows are provided. Additional amenities include local telephone, laundry room, television, DVD player, small grill, and local use of two kayaks. Central heating and ceiling fans are provided throughout the house.
