We were beach home renters long before we became beach vacation home owners. So we've "been there and done that". It's why we work so hard to maintain our homes and keep them well stocked for you, plus posting as many pictures as possible so you can see what you're actually getting.
And what we're proudest of, is the large percentage of vacation rental clients that return to stay with us every year, many of who have become personal friends as the years have passed by.
Now offering 5 different Gulf View homes with Private Pools (3 of these homes were brand new in 2007), 3 different Gulf Front homes with outstanding unrestricted views of the Gulf and Sunsets from the decks and inside the homes. And we also offer gated community town homes with good views and large community pools.
All of our homes are nicely furnished and well maintained. They offer free Long Distance phone service, Free high speed DSL wireless internet, Bed and Bath Linens are furnished, have Cable or Satellite TV service, some homes even have cribs and high chairs, - Many of our homes even have beach gear (chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, etc..) available.
Almost everything you'll need for your long awaited beach vacation is on site in our homes, so instead of jamming your house into the car, you can just toss your suitcase in the trunk and head for paradise.

Avalon -- Gulf Front single family, 4 gulf front bedrooms, Gulf and Sunset views to die for with a mile of nothing but vacant beach to its northwest. Avalon is oriented so it lives very private, it also has an elevator. Very popular home with more than half of 2008 booked already as of 11/07, - we need say no more
Amelia By The Sea, aka Seacliffs A1 -- Gulf front end unit Town home that has 1/4 mile of undeveloped land beside it, much more privacy that most single family homes. The Gulf of Mexico and Sunset views from this unit are nothing short of awesome. 3 bedrooms that sleep 8 in beds. Pack n Play & highchair provided.
Emerald Isle -- Gulf view home with a Private Pool. All new furnishings in June 2007. As close to the beach as many gulf front homes. Same floor plan as Avalon with 4 gulf facing bedrooms and an elevator. Sleeps 10 in beds. Full size Crib and high chair in home.
Tranquil Seas -- Brand New Gulf View 5 bedroom home with a Private Pool in the SeaGrass community. Beautiful inside and out and sleeps 12 in beds. Full size Crib and high chair in home.
Sea Breeze Manor -- Another brand new Gulf View home with a Heated Private Pool in the Seagrass community. Sleeps 10 in beds, has a crib too. The wrapped decks of this home also give you views of St Joseph Bay.
Sea Can Do -- Our third brand new Gulf View home in Seagrass with a Private Pool. 5 bedrooms that sleep 11 in beds. Have several families traveling together? - these 3 new Private Pool Seagrass homes are within 200 feet of each other.
Sunset Seas -- 4 bedroom first tier depth townhome with an elevator. Great views of the gulf of mexico from decks, living room and all 4 bedrooms. End unit, Pool front and at about half the price of a single family home in peak weeks. This is a very well maintain unit that books very quickly with repeaters.
Barrier Dunes -- we can also book you in two different 2 bedroom gulf view Barrier Dunes units that are very close to the Gulf Front community pool.
Desiderata -- Brand new 3 brm gulf view. Very cute and cozy. We have had a large amount of great feedback on this home.
