1920 one story Squam Lake cottage that sits ten feet back from water. Screened porch faces the lake and opens up to long permanent dock. There are three bedrooms (two with queen beds and one with twin beds),one bathroom with shower, and a galley kitchen with dining area with two large windows that look out on lake(seats six comfortably) at one end. The living room runs length of house with two sitting areas and a lovely stone fireplace. The cottage is comfortably furnished and appointed. The screened porch provides an additional sitting area and table for meals. A sandy bottom private cove offers everyone a perfect area to enter the water and swim. A canoe and two single kayaks are provided with rental.
