Our standard weekly booking period commences and ends on a saturday, especially in the peak season (July and August). We are more flexible to consider other requests outside of the peak period.
25% of the total rental is payable as the booking deposit.
The balance of the rental is due for payment four weeks prior to your arrival date. All payments can me made through our secure payment partner (Realex) on our website

Our rates are inclusive of Government tax (VAT).
Bed Linen included. Towels can be hired.
Electricity is charged based on the number of units used during your stay.

Year Purchased: 1991
About the owner: The Quinn family have a long association with Ballyvaughan. I am the third generation involved in business at the location where the cottages are located. We also have an Italian restaurant (Called L'Arco) and a Craftshop and coffee shop in the village. We are very much hands on and are on site to assist all our guests get the most of their time staying with us.
Why the Owner Chose Ballyvaughan:
There are five cottages built in what was the orchard and courtyard of the old Royal Irish Constrabulary (RIC) barracks dating back over three centuries. This property has been in family for over 100 years. This location is just of the main street of the village of Ballyvaughan so you have all the benefits of the village at your door step yet you have your own peaceful and quite homestead.
