Our condo is only 5 years old and is in like new condition. The second bedroom has a king bed which can be converted to twins. The Edgewater Community is located along the Intercoastal Waterway and is quiet and relaxing. Enjoy the water view while having your breakfast or lunch from the covered and screened balcony. The large pool and hottub are located right on the Intercoastal Waterway. There are 3 golf courses in Barefoot Resort that can be played for a fee.
The condo is available for weekly or monthly (upon availability) rental.

Edgewater is a first class complex and this is a great condo with a great view. We felt very comfortable there, whether doing nothing, walking next door to the fitness room, or planning our day. The condo has everything you need and both the owners and the local property manager were accessible by phone or e-mail. The Barefoot community is awesome and there are many local attractions we enjoyed going to, such as the Boardwalk, Broadway at the Beach, and Barefoot Landing, nearby. I really enjoyed the winter golf membership which allowed me to play great golf courses for cart fees. We highly recommend this condo.Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing.

We loved this condo! The pictures on VRBO do not do justice! We were literally right on the waterway. You can see jet skis and boats zoom by right there all day long. The balcony is screened in, so there was no limit to our enjoyment – day and night. The pool is clean and private and very close – also on the waterway. The condo itself is upscale. All the best. Just beautiful. The owner was immediately responsive to and helpful for any of our questions. Can’t wait to go back next year! Perfect! We purchased our condo in the Barefoot resort because there are so many things to do in the area. We are close to the beach, shopping, dining and golf.

We enjoy lounging by the beautiful large pool after a round of golf. We then head over to Barefoot Landing to shop and have dinner in one of the many restaurants. Or take in a show or concert.
