This gorgeous two-bedroom apartment has boutique-hotel style with twice the space and every amenity. A corner unit on the 15th floor of an elevator building in the heart of the Lower East Side, it boasts stunning panoramic views of the midtown skyline, including the iconic Empire State and Chrysler buildings.
Completely remodeled just a year ago, the space features beautiful hardwood floors, a marble bathroom, granite counters and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, and sleek contemporary furniture. The open-plan living space is lined with windows, including floor-to-ceiling sliding doors that open onto a balcony. Each of the cozy bedrooms sleeps two, with a queen bed in one and a trundle bed in the other, and both offer skyline views. Other amenities included WiFi, a flat-screen TV, and an iPod stereo with quadraphonic wall-mounted speakers.
This is the ideal outpost for exploring downtown Manhattan: the eclectic cafes, restaurants, galleries, and boutiques of the Lower East Side; the culinary wonders of adjacent Chinatown and Little Italy; and the shopper’s paradise of SoHo and NoLiTa. Enjoy your morning coffee in the sun-washed living room, or head across the street for a cappuccino at neighborhood gathering spot Roots & Vines. Grab something sweet to eat at the renowned Donut Plant, then take a tour of the nearby Tenement Museum. For lunch, perhaps one of Rivington’s charming corner cafes or Eldridge’s amazing dumpling houses. Shop your way down Prince and Spring Streets, then pick up some provisions at Dean & Deluca or Whole Foods. Return home via Stanton Street, pick up a bottle at September Wine & Spirits, then toast the remarkable sunset (and the midtown light show) from your balcony. Finish the day with a feast in your state-of-the-art kitchen – or head out to one of a dozen of the city’s hottest restaurants.
We regret that due to overwhelming demand we cannot respond to all inquries, though we will write back if there is a potential fit. Close to many subway lines; on-street parking is fairly easy to navigate.

We stayed here this year for a week, our third year in a row in NYC, first year here. We felt like royalty, the apt. was just beautiful, the view from the balcony was priceless! Had a doorman, and an elevator, which made us feel safe and secure. The lower east side is amazing with all of its shops and resturaunts within walking distance. The apt itself was fully furnished with everything you could ask for, just remodeled throughout. All marble bathroom, great kitchen with a viking stove, and all new appliances. The owner really made us feel like family, and we could have spent the whole time in the apt., it was comfortable. this would make the perfect place to stay for 2 couples like us, or just as a honeymoon retreat. This apt exceeded all of our expectations, and then some! There is a grocery store right across the street, a rite-aid pharmacy across the other street, and all kinds of great local places to eat and shop within a few blocks......as well as Chinatown right down the street a few short blocks away, so you can find anything you are looking for close. The subway is just a couple blocks away, so you can get to anywhere in town within a matter of minutes. And did I say the view from the 15th floor balcony is just awesome, with the empire state building and big city skyline in the background? You will not be disappointed with this place! We will be back very soon, and again, and again.......
