The listing is accurate and the photos bring back very happy memories! We had a wonderful stay here. It's a very relaxing spot. The pool was lovely and sitting on the end of the jetty watching the boats go by was perfect. The condo is tastefully furnished, very well equipped, spotlessly clean and well maintained. Dan couldn't have been more helpful - meeting us at the property and giving us all the tips we needed on local restaurants, taxis, etc. We had a car so it was easy to pick up groceries at the local supermarkets only a few minutes away. It's also only a few minutes in a cab into the centre of town for restaurants, bars and nightlife. We were happy to have our waterfront location away from the hustle and bustle and take a cab to Duval Street in the evening. We particularly liked the Harbour Walk area. This condo really is a little piece of paradise and we would definitely return.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+.

This condo was perfect for our stay. It is an end unit with lots of windows and light. It has two bedrooms and two full baths. One bedroom has 2 twin beds, the other has a king with shower and jacuzzi tub. It is very well appointed and we needed nothing. It is comfortable, clean, and quiet and all the neighbors are very nice and friendly. It is not in old town so we rented bikes and rode into town daily, only about 5-10 min ride. This was the only downside, especially if you've had a lot to drink. A cab ride was about $10-12. Overall it was good for us and worth it to stay a little further from town to have such a nice place with plenty of room. The balconies (one off the living room, the other off the bedroom) were a great place to enjoy the scenery and relax. The water view out the bedroom window was beautiful, and the canal being right there offered a nice spot to just sit and watch all the boats The location is off of Roosevelt, next to Banana Bay Resort, at the very end of a quiet road. The food stores are close, but most of the restaurants are just a few minutes away in town. The photos of the condo are accurate, but its even nicer in person!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car.
