Seagrass, a lovingly cared for beach house in the gated neighborhood of Carillon Beach, is directly across from Bellview Park with one of three neighborhood pools, toddler pool, tennis, basketball, playground, and landscaped park. A shaded promenade leads to the town center with shops, restaurants, and chapel.
A short walk leads to the unique dune crossovers and the peaceful, sugar white sandy beach and clear, emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Our beach is uncrowded, even during peak holiday seasons!
The main floor features an elegant master bedroom with TV, VCR, full bath with romatic claw foot tub, double sinks, and separate shower. A second bedroom features twin beds, full bath, TV, VCR. The kid-popular bunk room features four bunks!
A well equipped kitchen opens to the dining room, and the comfortable fireside living room features stereo, tv, and dvd player. A large selection of books to fill your lazy afternoons on the wrap around front porch. The large, private screen porch adds outdoor living space and includes a dining table for year around outdoor dining. A full size washer, dryer, and gas grill are provided.
Upstairs, the second master bedroom offers queen bed, separate sitting room with desk and reading lounge, large walkin closet, TV, VCR, private verandah, and full bath with tub and separate shower.
This home is perfectly suited for up to ten guests, and the separate master bedroom suites are ideal for families or couples traveling together.

We played tennis and had many ball games on the lovely "green" Really, this was a lovely vacationhome with a great location! We all had our favorite reading spots and loved our family walks. We had an incredible week filled with unbelievable memories. Your home is absolutely beautiful! We were blown away when we walked in. It accommodated our two families so perfectly and everything we could have wanted or needed was available to us. The kids really loved the outdoor shower. They showered in it every day. I thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the evenings enjoying the beautiful surroundings and the peace and quiet. The back porch was perfect for playing games and eating dinner. The kids have been saying "When we come back next year we'll...." So their minds are already made up as well! It's amazing how many memories can be captured in one short week. We've been able to enjoy a catamarn cruise with snorkeling, a pirate cruise, swimming with dolphins at Gulf World, and parasailing. We also enjoyed numerous trips to the beach and park and pool. We may need a U-Haul to get our abundant beach treasures home! During our stay we ate at some great (and family friendly) restaurants- "The Boat House," "Shuckums," and "Pineapple Willy's." Again, thanks for your generosity. It's been a magical vacation spent with my beautiful family!

My daughter loves to play tennis so it was a perfect location. I loved being so close to the pool. We had two families so we both had our own space. We felt right at home. We will be back!
