The upper level has four bedrooms, a great room with pool table, TV and music system, living and dining areas and a large, fully equipped kitchen. It has Cable TV, local phone, broadband access, wireless network, and a Vonage Internet phone system for making and receiving free calls from the US and Canada. It also has a Safe Room for your valuables. The house is surrounded with spacious patios and a wonderful 40ft long and 8ft deep infinity pool and a large gas BBQ that add to your outdoor living and dining pleasure.

This house has amazing views, very clean and is fully-equipped. It's well maintained and is truly a spacious hideaway. There's a great deck with ceiling fans and a gas grille. We spent many evenings on this deck - it even wraps around the master bedroom. I recommend you jump in the pool and watch the sunsets. You may even see dragonflies and butterflies - they like to hang out by the pool too. Also try Papagayo's Seafood in Coco Beach. The tuna sashimi is wonderful. We would definitely stay here again, and again! We've already recommended this place to friends and relatives. It's kid friendly too. Great customer service.Did you find this review helpful? Our group had a great vacation here. The house and grounds are both beautiful and well kept and offer a degree of privacy not found at most rental homes in the area. Our hosts did everything they could to make our stay an enjoyable one and was very much appreciated by all. Nuestra estancia en la casa Dugan fue excelente. Es un inmueble muy espacioso, incluso para nosotros que como observaron llevábamos varios niños, nos funciono muy bien el espacio con ellos, así como la áreas de entretenimiento para ellos.Espectacular la vista que tiene la casa hacia la costa, así como el follaje natural alrededor de la piscina y otras áreas de la casa. En general, se cumplieron nuestras expectativas y logramos el objetivo de divertirnos y descansar simultáneamente.Fue importante contar con todas las facilidades en los cuartos, como sábanas, cobijas, toallas de baño, etc, esto simplifica mucho la necesidad de cubrir esas necesidades y el espacio que esto implica en el equipaje.Did you find this review helpful? Dear Mr. , Oh, wow! Oh, wow! Oh, wow! Your Casa MTD is the MOST beautiful and functional home for a family vacation!! We Hoffman 9 enjoyed every moment in your expansive, comfortable home with every amenity we could possibly use!! The Great Room was the star of the house and accommodated all of our various needs, from a 7 year old to 2 teenagers to 6 adults, while all BEING TOGETHER! How perfect!!!
