With three levels of living space, this spacious townhouse can sleep 10 people. The unit has four bedroom, three and a half bath townhouse, and private balcony for three of the bedrooms.
The first floor has two bedrooms and with queen size beds and a full bath.
The second floor has a living room, dining room, kitchen, washer and dryer, half bath and a deck. In the living room, there’s a futon and couch facing the electric fireplace and entertainment center, where you can enjoy the TV and DVD. The spacious kitchen overlooks the living room and dining room.
The third level has a spacious master suite with a queen size bed and a TV. The fourth bedroom, also located on this level, has two twin beds and a private bathroom. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and a private deck.

Clean, roomy and a perfect location

This was the perfect location. A teeny tiny walk to the beach. Very convenient if you have little kids who need to nap in the afternoon and you need to nip back to the condo for a couple hours for lunch/naps. Street was very quiet but still walking distance to all the local bars/restaurants/corner store. Jolly trolley stop was at the end of the street as well. Condo was very clean and spacious. Lots of room to hang out in. Worked perfectly for us to have 1 family on the bottom floor and the other family on the top floor and we all met on the second floor for hang out time. Owner was very good at answering a slew of questions and was very accommodating. We absolutely loved this condo and will try to stay here again!!

Let me begin with this property is immaculatly clean and very well maintained. There are personnel touches as to the new mantel and flowers on the tables. The property is so close to the ocean that you can see and here the ocean as the tide roll onto the beech. The property is spacious with a large living room were families can gather to be in the same room. The owner is very accomadating and available to renters. I would recommned traveling to Rehobeth a town two miles away were their is all the night life you can handel and is family oriented. In Dewey their is the Rusty Rudder (a family restruant) and the Starboard Bar and Grill. I highly would recommend this property to would be renters and relatives. It is truly as the owner represented it and your would be very happy with your choice.
