Your rental includes use of the Stoneybrook Golf and Country Club, an Arthur Hills-designed, golf course for a small membership transfer fee. The Clubhouse was beautifully renovated in Fall 2008 to be one of the finest in Sarasota. Membership provides full access to the gourmet dining room, pro shop, driving range, practice greens, fitness center with sauna, heated pools, and lighted tennis courts. Additionally, reciprocal fees at a wide selection of other local golf courses are available from May through October.

The Condominium has nine-foot ceilings, living room and bedroom fans, two color cable televisions, high speed internet, linens, towels, beach chairs and beach towels, and many other features for your convenience. A private, lockable, storage unit renters use is adjacent to reserved, covered parking.
The community is beautifully maintained with sidewalks that meander by several lakes, lovely foliage and landscaping. This is the perfect community for long walks and bike rides.
A heated pool and tennis court are conveniently located next to the condo in the Terraces section of Stoneybrook. Easily accessible the condo is a second floor unit, and is serviced by an elevator and an open staircase with covered parking directly in front of the condo.
