This lovely & spacious, two bedroom, two bath, non-smoking condominium in the gated resort community of the STONEYBROOK GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB, is located just 15 minutes from the beautiful soft white sand of Siesta Key Beach, voted #1 US Beach in 2011, and close to the outstanding restaurants, shopping, and culture of the Sarasota Area.
Your rental includes use of the Stoneybrook Golf and Country Club, an Arthur Hills-designed, golf course for a small membership transfer fee. The Clubhouse was beautifully renovated in Fall 2008 to be one of the finest in Sarasota. Membership provides full access to the gourmet dining room, pro shop, driving range, practice greens, fitness center with sauna, heated pools, and lighted tennis courts. Additionally, reciprocal fees at a wide selection of other local golf courses are available from May through October.
The view is serene and beautiful overlooking a lake surrounded by natural Florida foliage and the ninth tee. The Condominium has a private screened lanai, nine-foot ceilings, living room and bedroom fans, three color cable televisions, high speed internet, linens, towels, beach chairs and beach towels, and many other features for your convenience. A private, lockable, storage unit renters use is adjacent to reserved, covered parking.
The community is beautifully maintained with sidewalks that meander by several lakes, lovely foliage and landscaping. This is the perfect community for long walks and bike rides.
A heated pool and tennis court are conveniently located next to the condo in the Terraces section of Stoneybrook. Easily accessible the condo is located on the second floor, and is serviced by an elevator and an open staircase with covered parking directly in front of the condo.

We loved this condo! It is beautifully furnished with every amenity we could possibly need or want. The view is magnificent. Golfing here is fantistic. We loved the tennis and the great food in the Clubhouse where the service was excellent. The surrounding are lovely and peaceful with great places to walk and bike. All that Sarasota has to offer is easily accessible from this location. We look forward to staying here again.
