This condo is located in an upscale condominium complex within walking distance (even for young children) to Canyon Lodge, the ski lifts, and the Gondola which will take you to The Village in Mammoth Lakes. Our condo has many large windows which make it bright and you will look out onto Lakeview Blvd and enjoy amazing views of Mammoth Mountain Ski Hill. Our family has enjoyed this condo almost exclusively for 13 years so it has all the feelings of being at home.
The living room has a large sectional (with sofa bed), reclining club chair and ottoman, and a traditional recliner with plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the fire and/or TV with DVD player. We also have an IPod dock. Our large dining room table can accomodate 8 people with additional seating for 3 at the bar overlooking the kitchen. A perfect spot for kids or for chatting with the cook.
The Master Bedroom has a King Size bed, chest of drawers, and TV with DVD player. Located between the bedroom and main area is a full bath with shower. The 2nd bedroom has two double beds and a chest of drawers and its bathroom has a shower/tub combo with double sinks. There is a full size washer and dryer located within the unit. We provide bed linens, bath towels, and towels appropriate for the jacuzzi.
There is underground parking for one car and an additional outside parking space. The elevator and luggage cart make it particularly helpful in reaching our 2nd floor condo. You will also be able to enjoy one of the two spas, sauna, game room, outdoor heated pool (in the summer), and gas grill located within the outdoor patio area which was recently upgraded.
