This beautiful beachfront condo is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation at the gulf. This one bedroom, two bath condo is fully stocked for a wonderful time! The bedroom has two full size beds to accomodate up to 4 people. There is a full bath attached to the bedroom. There is another full bathroom down the hall. Both bathrooms have shower/tub combos. There is a full kitchen with refrigerator, dish washer, garbage disposal, oven and stove, microwave, coffee maker and all the untensils and cooking gear you will need. There is a separate dining room. The living room is very spacious and has 32 inch Vizio LCD with DVD player. The sofa pulls out to queen size bed, allowing for six people to sleep comforatbly. The unit does have it's own laundry room that is across from the front door. One of the best features is the balcony! Since this is a corner unit, the balcony wraps around the corner doubling the space you have to relax outside in the sun or shade! There are two sliding glass doors in the living room going out on to the balcony. There is plenty of comfortable furniture to spend the cool mornings or evenings sipping coffee or reading a book. For those BBQ and steak lovers, there is a charcoal grill built onto the balcony wall.
The unit offers parking in front of the building. There is a nice tennis court in front of the building as well and a beautiful private pool in the rear with access directly onto the beach. The lobby has a pool table as well. The building also provides wifi in the lobby. We hope you can make yourself at home and have a dream vacation!

My thanks to the owners for letting us stay! Even though it rained almost the entire time we were there, we still enjoyed ourselves! Close to everything! As said in previous reviews, the balcony is the greatest! Can't wait to stay again this year!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Escape to a Dream was the perfect place to stay in Panama City Beach! There was an amazing view from the balcony, the condo was clean and modern, and the beach was quiet and peaceful. Jared was very helpful. We hope to stay again with our kids along with us next summer.Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

This is a very nice condo that is well equipped and decorated, great location and nice amenities. This was my family's first trip to PCB in a very long time and were very skeptical about where to stay - we chose the right place! Jared was great to deal with - he responded very quickly to any requests that I had. Great suggestion for Pier 77 restaurant also. Really enjoyed that corner unit with the great view from the balcony. Very convenient to get to pool and beach by just going down a couple flights of stairs. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone and we will stay here again the next time we come down!Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My family and I went to the beach Aug6-8th and realy enjoyed it. The Escape to A Dream was a nice, clean and the guests were very friendly. The unit was so nice and everything that we needed was there. Jared responded to to email and texts very quickly and was very helpful. I would recommend this unit and these owners to anyone and everyone. I am looking forward to many, many more trips there. We just returned from a week stay in this condo and we had a fabulous time. The condo was very clean and nice. We really loved the barbeque grill on the balcony and used it several times. The unit is a end corner unit so you have a large balcony and also you are at the end of the hall so no one is constantly walking by your front door talking and waking you up. The stairs are right across from the front door so it is a quick trip down to the beach. Jared was very easy to deal with and helpful. I really enjoyed being able to pay for the condo via the email/website so you didn't have to mail a check. I am hoping to enjoy this unit again next year.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children.

First I just want to thank the owners for allowing us the privilege of staying in their wonderful condo. That being said, the condo is exactly as you see it in the pictures. It may be a one bedroom but it was more than roomy enough for the 4 of us. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms spacious with ample hot water for multiple showers in a row. The kitchen is small but in my opinion perfect for our needs with a perfect dining area. The living room is spacious and comfortable with a nice Flat Screen TV. Didn't have opportunity for using the DVD player but it was nice to have it just in case. Now for the balcony. As others have said, it is a corner unit so you get extra space on the balcony. One day I enjoyed a short nap in the shaded part of the balcony with the cool breeze. It was awesome. The view to the beach is absolutely gorgeous. Picturesque sunsets. Nice grill out on the balcony as well. We enjoyed that twice during our week. The building overall is well maintained with a beautiful pool and area surronding. And as someone else said, you are literally only 25-30 yards from the building to the beach. And of course the beach was fabulous as always. Jared is very easy to work with and timely in responding to any questions or problems that might come up. Overall I would say it is one of the nicest places we have stayed at PCB and we have stayed at several condo's in the past. We will definitely be back.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Wow, where do I begin. First let me say that when I review something I tend to give a very detailed description so I'm sorry if this is kind of long! The building itself is well maintained and has beautiful landscaping in the front and back. The condo is literally only a few steps from the fine, powder white sand of the beach. Since this is a corner unit it does have an extra large balcony that wraps around the front and side of the condo which provides plenty of space to lounge around and enjoy the gorgeous unobstructed view of the ocean, beach and pool. The condo was very clean, cool and spacious. There was ample living room space and seating to spread out during our stay. The beds were very comfortable. The girls (2 teens) said the pull out sofa bed was comfy as well. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need but we always use paper plates, etc. just so clean up will be quick and easy. The air conditioning worked well, it was always cool when we came back from our outings. The condo is well insulated too, we were worried that we might hear our neighbors especially the people above us but we never did. Having your own private washer and dryer is a definite big plus as well!! The water pressure was great and the water was always hot enough for 2 of us to be showering at the same time in each bathroom. This really helped cut down on the time it took for everyone to get ready. We worked with Jared and he was always quick to respond to our emails and answer any questions we had as well as offer suggestions on places to dine. So to sum it up: great price for the rental, gorgeous views, perfect location, clean and spacious condo. I don't know what more I could ask for!! I would highly recommend this condo to my family and friends and we would definitely stay here again!! We stayed in this condo a few weeks ago and I just have to say how great our stay was! The location is perfect if you are looking for a quiet vacation with lots of relaxation. The condo itself is very spacious with a GREAT view! You will not regret making the decision to spend your vacation here!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+.

This unit was in a perfect location and in the quiet end of the beach. Everything is updated and very clean and the wrap-around balcony was so nice. The owner is amazing and the communication was better than I have ever had renting from anyone else. We are right near stores like Walmart and Walgreens and restaurants like Angelos, Schooners, and Captain Andersons. I would definitely recommend this unit for anyone who wants to stay on the quiet end of Panama City Beach...great for older couples, girls weekends, and families.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+.
