Our 'home away from home' is a recently updated single-story 'jacaranda' open-plan condo with extraordinary views, fully equipped and furnished for relaxation and comfort. Double Fairway view - located on the 13th Fairway at the 11th Island Hole, w/views of the 11th, 12th & 13th greens. Both the living/dining rooms and master bedroom feature views of lakes, golf course & the Chocolate Mountains. A semi-private heated pool & spa are one-door away. This home has a two-car garage and 3 patios. The courtyard patio is large, private, with entrances to the home, garage, & a side gate for street access; features flowers, palm trees, table & chairs, a beautiful grill, and accessible to the kitchen thru sliding glass doors. The golf course patios are off the living/dining room and the master bedroom & are furnished with dining table & 4 chairs & 2 lounge chairs. Palm Valley Country Club is a premier community in the desert and centrally located to all valley attractions, including shopping, restaurants, theaters, attractions and the Palm Springs Airport.
Our 'home' has an open floor plan with plantation shutters throughout and has new interior paint throughout, new tile in kitchen & baths, & new carpeting in LR & bedroom areas. The kitchen features new stainless appliances and is completely equipped. There are two bedrooms, both with adjacent full baths. The Master Bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, and a large bath area. The second bedroom features twin beds (convertible to king). Mattresses are hotel quality, new bedding and linens, and both bedrooms have new flat screen 32' televisions with built in DVRs.

We were travelling with our two children, and we loved the location, the condo community (which included a few pools, a golf course and lovely landscaping everywhere) and the condo itself--which had great views, a nice layout, and a recently upgraded kitchen. We enjoyed our time at the Femino's desert home. It is under renovation,and they have so many great plans to update it. The location was perfect. Steps from the pool, the patio was shaded most of the day and gave a beautiful view of the golf course and lake. If we wanted sun, the courtyard was perfect & private. It was a snap setting up our computers.The neighbors were so friendly and most have vacationed at the same condos for years. There are 3 flat screen T.V.'s and a wonderful grill in the courtyard. It was perfect for us as we wanted relaxation and peace and it gave us both! We worked directly with ann & Clyde Marshall who took care of the condo. If we had a question or problem, they were available within that day. They were wonderful. This condo has been recently updated with new plantation shutters, tile, appliances and carpet. It is beautifully maintained and extremely organized. It was so easy to find everything, as items were labeled in the cabinets. It took no effort to push the twin beds together in the guest bedroom to make a king bed. The condo is located in the quiet section of Palm Valley CC, away from the train tracks, but only one condo away from the community pool. It has a wonderful view of the golf course and lake with the mountains in the background. We slept 2 adults and 5 kids comfortably with blow up beds and sleeping bags. The wifi was such a bonus! We will definitely stay here again.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.

About: We are a family of four with a sweet labradoodle. Our kids are in grade school, so we are not able to visit Palm Desert as much as we'd like to. We love to get away to the desert whenever we can. Our primary home is located in the Los Angeles area. Our first priority is our guests. We want your stay to be as comfortable and relaxing as possible. We wouldn't want our guests to stay somewhere we would not stay. We are constantly making upgrades and changes, so check back often!
Why Palm Valley Country Club:
The relaxing atmosphere and beautiful views cannot be beat! It's so quiet, but just steps to one of the many community pools, or take a quick walk to the clubhouse for lunch. We looked for a condo away from the train tracks, but still had a beautiful view. We love to walk with the kids and dog to the clubhouse when we visit. Palm Valley is a very safe and friendly community.

Even though you feel like you are in an exclusive community away from everything, it's only minutes to many kid friendly activities, such as the Living Desert, The Children's Museum, and many restaurants at The River.
