Casa del Agua is a 10,000 square-foot residence showcases the top two attractions of a Punta Mita vacation: golf and ocean. The home is located on the 9th fairway of the Jack Nicklaus Signature Pacifico golf course, the entire length of which lies adjacent to the ocean. Designed by renowned Mexican architect Jose Vigil, Casa del Agua flows interior and outdoor spaces together seamlessly, so you can enjoy the very best of Punta Mita’s indoor-outdoor lifestyle. A large outdoor living area borders a swimming pool, and features unobstructed ocean views across the magnificent green golf fairway. It flows into the large living/dining/entertainment space, making gathering friends and family together easy. The name of the house translates to “House of Water”, and the reflecting pool that runs through the center of the home from the entry to the great room, adds a sense of serenity to the atmosphere.

The villa features five stylish bedroom suites, each with a spacious signature bathroom. The Master Suite has ocean views as well as a generous sitting area, and oversize bath with a patio and soaking tub. A secondary suite also has a king bed and ocean views. The remaining three bedrooms have two double beds. All feature individually controlled air-conditioning units and plasma TVs.
