Why the Owner Chose Surf Colony III:
We are original owners and choose this area because it is surrounded on 3 sides by water, creating privacy, and outstanding view and great sunsets. In addition, you can fish right from the seawall and walk to the beach in 5 minutes.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We absolutely love the variety of activites available in the Naples area. We have rented boats to take family out in the intercoastal waterways and gulf for fishing, shelling and sunning. We have rented boats along the west coast from Estero Island to Marco Island and in between. We have also rented bicycles for 2 and 4 and ride throughout the beautifully landscapped neighborhoods. There are also a variety of shopping for the whole family from Bass Outlet Store, Best of Everything Jewelry Store, Coastland Mall, Flea Markets and Shops at the Venitian Village, Waterside Shops, and shops on 3rd Avenue in Old Naples. Tin City is also a 'must see' with all of its unique shops and waterfront restaurants/bars. This quaint shopping area is located in South Naples along the channel. Several beautiful boats line the harbour where sunset and fishing cruises are also available. We also spend a great deal of time at Vanderbuilt Beach and Wiggins State Park (with shower and bath facilities)on the beach and in the sun. You can fish from the seawall at the condo, several nearby beaches (including Wiggins State Park and Pass) or charters available. We also visit the Florida North Collier Regional water park frequently.
