It is within 1/2 mile of Pier Park and all the Shops and Restaurants, some of which are...Jimmy Buffets Margaritaville, Tootsies, Guy Harveys, Buffalo Wild Wings, The Grande 16 Screen Theater just to name a few of the many shops at Pier Park.

Great condo for our family of 7 adults and 2 children. The view from the balcony is beautiful! Family friendly atmosphere. The condo was clean and comfortable. Great access to the grocery store across the street.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Quiet (while we were there), small, clean & well maintained complex. Condo was spacious, decorated nicely. Owner very helpful with questions. Located across street from Winn Dixie & CVS Pharmacy (convenient when you have little ones that forget something from home), Near Pier Park and lots of good eating places. My fav is that it is down the road from Buddy's Seafood - delish! I loved that we had our area of the beach to ourselves while it was crowded in front of the high rise condos! Beach/umbrella rentals available if needed. I would visit again - my husband is already planning the next visit with all the kids. We didnt do any cooking but the kitchen was stocked. Do bring your own hair dryer! You can see the pier and we got to witness fireworks our last night there - yea!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+.
