This is a brand new for 2011 beach home with plenty of room to share with your family. The home has a wonderful bedroom on the 1st floor ground level with a queen size bed that is perfect for the grandparents or teen. Up a few stairs on the main floor you will find a large kitchen area with all new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The kitchen table seats 6 and then another 4 at the countertop. There is also a formal dining room for more seating--another 6. Across from the dining room is a cozy living room that is great for relaxing after a wonderful day at the beach-42 inch flat screen. On the 3rd floor is the master bedroom with a king bed and with a full, large private bath with shower and separate tub. This room has a flat screen and DVD. You won't believe the view from this room! With 2 rocking chairs on the porch overlooking the blue ocean, a very nice relaxing area to read a good book!
Down the hall is a large kid's room with 3 sets of bunk beds! This room
has a large flat screen and DVD. This room is perfect for 6 children to all stay together. The other bedroom has a full size bed and large balcony overlooking the beautiful ocean in the distance. This room has a TV/DVD.
We also have WiFi. Our lovely home has 5 balconies with rocking chairs, pic nic table and BBQ grill.
Carriage House: The fifth bedroom is in a detached 2 story unit. There is a bedroom with 2 twin beds, a full kitchen, bathroom and 2 sitting areas with TV and DVD--one of the areas has a sofa bed. This is the perfect private location for someone who might need their own space.
Our beach home has a private pool in our backyard. The beach is a short walk away--2 blocks over or a 5 minute walk (I have personally timed the walk). The street you walk on to get to the beach is a neighborhood beach street with very little cars. Many families and children bring bikes to ride to the beach. Also, the entrance to Rosemary Beach is a short walk from our house-2 blocks. Walk over for dinner and enjoy all that lovely
Rosemary has to offer.
Inlet Beach is a great location. 15 minutes to Panama City Beach's Pier Park shopping and restaurants. It is also a 30 minute drive to Destin. Many great communities are very close. Seaside, Watercolor, Grayton, Seagrove, Alyse, Rosemary are all nearby.

We have just returned from spending a long weekend staying at this fabulous property. The owners have managed to design a house that fits into it's beautiful surroundings perfectly. The contrast of the brilliant white and blue of the house against the vivid blue sky is breath taking. The large decks surrounding the pool with jacuzzi brings together the main home and the guest house really well, therefore ensuring some seperation and private time from friends or family. The feel inside the home is modern, clean and very warm. Where villa's or condo's become "heartless" this house contains soul that makes you instantly get into the Beach spirit i.e. relax and kick back! Being only about a 5 minute walk from pretty much your own private Sugar white beach is spectacular, the crystal clear sea, warm breeze and barely anyone in sight is something very special. I cannot recommend this HOME highly enough, Susan is a lovely welcoming person who is very helpful and who obviously loves this house, beach and area. We went to the recommended areas from Susan for restaurants and couldn't have been more pleased. She knows all the sweet spots. The pictures, as awesome as they are, still don't do the property justice. Thank you very much for making our stay so memerable and I hope to return very soon. PRecommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We enjoyed a fabulous stay at this absolutely gorgeous beach home. This luxurious home is huge, upscale, immaculate, and beautifully decorated with a beach theme motif. It’s obvious that this home is new, as everything about it is in such pristine condition throughout. All the furnishings inside the home are brand new, in excellent condition, aesthetically appealing, and extremely comfortable. There are sweeping, panoramic, breathtaking views of the beautiful emerald coast, from all the large balconies throughout the home. We cooked there many nights during our stay and found the kitchen fully equipped with everything we needed. The carriage house is also super nice and cozy with all the creature comforts needed for an enjoyable vacation. Your teenagers will love the carriage house for its privacy and cool spiral staircase. The pool/Jacuzzi area is also super private, as it’s surrounded by the main house, carriage house, and a tropically wooded area. The kid’s room is also great because it has 6 bunk beds and a widescreen TV for all their favorite movies and video games. The beaches in this area are absolutely amazing with miles of beautiful sugar white powder sand and the gorgeous emerald waters of the gulf. The Village of Rosemary Beach is just a short walk from the beach home and is definitely worth exploring. Rosemary Beach certainly is a treat and is surely one of the best kept secrets of Florida, as it’s like taking a trip to the Mediterranean with its European architecture and cobblestone streets. Our weeklong stay was like being in paradise and we definitely want to go back to enjoy this beautiful beach home. We highly recommend this beach home to everyone who wants to enjoy a wonderfully, fun, relaxing, and stylish beach vacation.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
