Casa Sol was designed to enjoy the very best of Punta Mita’s indoor-outdoor living, and showcase its top two features: golf and ocean. The home is located on the 9th fairway of the Jack Nicklaus Signature Pacifico golf course, the entire length of which lies adjacent to the ocean. Our spacious outdoor living area, terrace and swimming pool all feature unobstructed ocean views across the gorgeous green of this golf fairway, The home was designed around a large living/dining/entertainment space for gathering friends and family to enjoy vacation fun. A reflecting pool runs through the center of the home from the entry to the Great room, creating a lovely focal point.
The villa features four stylish bedrooms, each with a spacious signature bathroom. The Master Suite has ocean views and direct access to the outdoor pool, as well as a generous sitting area, and oversize bath with a patio and outdoor shower. A secondary suite also has a king bed and ocean views. The remaining two bedrooms have two double beds.
When you stay here, you also enjoy access to all of Punta Mita’s amenities including the two Jack Nicklaus Signature golf courses, the Punta Mita Residents’ Beach Club, and dining options at both the Four Seasons and St. Regis resorts. Use of a golf cart is included in your stay, making it easy to get around to all of these places, as well as into the Punta de Mita Village, with its collection of beachfront, casual and gourmet restaurants. Also included in your rental is daily housekeeping service, and the signature Mita Residential Concierge services, to help you plan your perfect vacation.
About Lagos del Mar:
Lagos del Mar is a private, gated community of just 32 private residences, all of which feature views of the ocean as well as golf course fairways. Each home in the lower of the two tiers (where both Casa del Agua and Casa Sol are located) offers a minimum of 100 feet of direct golf course frontage, with views across to Banderas Bay, the Marietas Islands and Puerto Vallarta’s skyline in the distance. Upper-tier residences look over the lower tier homes across to Banderas Bay to the south, and the twelfth fairway of the Pacifico golf course and views of the Pacific Ocean to the north. Everything about our family vacation at Punta Mita was beyond our expectations. We traveled with another family, including a 3-year-old and 6-month old and could not have been more thrilled with Casa Sol and its wonderful staff. The house is stunning, and we loved having both an ocean view, which being directly on a golf course! The beach in Punta Mita is breath-taking. And the weather? Perfect. Paradise, indeed. You can bet we will be returning to Punta Mita very soon!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.
