This Penthouse condo features not only two-bedrooms, but spacious living, dining and relaxing areas to enjoy the ocean views and indoor outdoor lifestyle of a Punta de Mita beach vacation. Upstairs from the main sleeping and living areas is a spacious private terrace, topped by a palapa roof. Located on the third floor of the Faro de Mita condos, it offers fabulous views to the ocean and the Marietas Islands in the distance. You can also look down on what’s happening at the large community swimming pool in the center of our condo complex. The kitchen/dining/living area extends out onto a spacious balcony. The stylish décor features sunny colors, and high-quality tropical wicker furniture.
There are two bedrooms: the ocean-view Master bedroom has a king bed, a large bathroom, and opens onto the ocean-view balcony, while the 2nd bedroom has two double beds and a private bath.
The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, tropical wood cabinets, full refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher and a center island with seating – inviting conversation while cooking.
Also included in your rental is daily housekeeping service, and the signature Mita Residential Concierge services, to help you plan your perfect vacation.
About Faro de Mita: The Faro de Mita condo community is located directly across from El Anclote beach, off the main entry road into the Punta de Mita village. This beach is known for having one of the most consistent and beginner-friendly surf breaks in the region. At night, the lights of Puerto Vallarta twinkle in the distance. Onsite, there is a large outdoor pool with embedded sun chairs in the water, an entertaining palapa with a bar and kitchenette area, and gardens. The condo community has a gated entry with a security guard, and ample parking. At Faro de Mita, you are a short stroll away from the beach, the surf breaks, the collection of beachfront restaurants and the lifestyle of the safe and friendly Punta de Mita community.

We had a wonderful stay in the very comfortable condo with a view of the ocean. It’s the perfect place for a family with kids. Very secure location and the condo grounds were kept spectacularly clean. The place is very close to the beach, ideal for surfers and ocean lovers. There’s a whole selection of cute beachfront restaurants you can easily walk to. Would recommend it to anyone and hope to be back next year.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.
