It has Cable Internet Access for those who must bring their work to the beach. Bienvenue is one of the closest home to the beach in the neighborhood! Two porches off the living area and master bedroom allow you to enjoy the friendly neighborhood atmosphere, gulf breezes and barbecuing. A community pool just three houses away is great for families with kids that need those occasional diversions from the beach. Old Florida Village is a new "Seaside" style quaint neighborhood of just 75 colorful cottage style homes on a quiet dead end lane just across the street from the famous sugar white sands and emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico. Bienvenue's location, as the second house on the street, makes it a convenient stroll (.3 mile or 500 steps) to the beach access. Santa Rosa Beach is just a short ten-minute drive to the largest factory store mall in the country as well as all the family and adult activities of Sandestin/Destin. Across the street is GoatFeathers, a great seafood restaurant, and other great restaurants, shopping boutiques,free summer concerts, artist fairs and continuous entertainment options on the "Green" at Gulf Place Plaza are just a short walk on the bike path. Golfing on the beautiful 18 hole Santa Rosa Golf Club with two holes overlooking the gulf is less than 2 miles away. The quaint villages of Grayton Beach, Watercolor, and Seaside are just a few miles down the beach highway.
