Our beachfront condo offers an amazing location for enjoying a sun-and-sand vacation. The three bedrooms plus den offer sleeping accommodations for up to eight guests to enjoy a relaxed beachfront vacation, in the gated condo community of Los Veneros, located in Costa Banderas, along the North Shore of Banderas Bay. The spacious condo is located in the beachfront Pacifico building, and offers indoor-outdoor living space with terraces overlooking the stunning beach below. Décor combines a base of oceanic blues with bright color accents, and vibrant artwork reflective of Mexico’s joyful spirit.
There are three large bedrooms, each with a sizable private bathroom, plus a Den – set up for sleeping, and perfect for kids. The ocean-view Master Suite has a king bed, an extra-large bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub, and extends out onto the terrace overlooking the sea. The 2nd bedroom also features a king bed, while the third bedroom has two double beds and a private bath. The den features sleeping for two, in convertible sofas.
Glass doors disappear into the wall when opened up to extend the living/dining area out into the spacious terrace. The terrace overlooks the sandy beachfront and swimming pool – and the ocean views are spectacular! Relax in a sun chair and enjoy watching the surfers, boogie-boarders in the waters below, or the whales on the horizon (Dec-May). The living-dining-kitchen-entertainment area is spacious, with plenty of light. There are dining areas both indoors, or on the shaded part of the terrace. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, tropical wood cabinets, a Sub Zero refrigerator, Viking cooktop stove, dishwasher, and center island with seating – so cooking a meal can be a communal event. A powder room is located off of the living area.

About Los Veneros:
Located on the shores of Banderas Bay, Los Veneros is a natural sanctuary where an expansive stretch of smooth white sand beach meets a tropical jungle landscape and ecological reserve.
Recreational amenities currently include inviting swimming pools in front of each condo building, the chic oceanfront Veneros Beach Club with bar and grill, fitness, wellness and spa services, and an ocean activities center. The broad, white sandy beachfront on Banderas Bay is the focal point of Los Veneros. Los Veneros extends across 37 enchanted acres along a stretch of almost 1,500 feet of white sandy beach frontage at renowned Playa Destiladeras. Entry is via gated access, with 24-hour welcome and security staff.

The location of this condo is amazing - it's right on the beach and just in front of a surf break! The place has everything you need – restaurant, pool, gym, massage services -- and their beach club is spectacular. We loved the ceviche -- simply the best we´ve ever had! My friends and I enjoyed a great week here!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car.
