Property description

This wonderful palapa is just on the sandy beach of Troncones and has its own swimming pool surrounded by a lush garden and a palapa where you can relax in a hammock and feel the ocean breezes while enjoying unforgettable sunsets. Six persons can be comfortably accommodated in the house, which has a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a full bathroom that can be accessed both through the bedroom and from the garden. We have a loft above the living area with two sleeping areas with two twin beds each and a shared toiled (no shower upstairs). Plus, there is a separate cabin with two twin beds and a toilet (upstairs), and a full bathroom downstairs (rented separately). The kitchen is fully equipped. The Dining Room table is solid tropical wood and it sits 8 people. We have ceiling fans (no A/C), satellite TV, and hot water. Parking space is for one and a 'squeezed in' second car.

About the owner: We are a family of four. Our children are now 17 and 14 years old and we have decided to share with you our home in paradise since we moved to the Mexican east coast.

Why the Owner Chose Troncones:
The house is located right on the sandy beach of Troncones, 35 km north of the twin resorts of Ixtapa and Zihuatanejo. Our family has been vacationing in this house since 1998, when our oldest daughter was 2 years old. Even if we try to spend all our holidays at the house, we have now moved to the Mexican east coast so we cannot use it as much as we did. That is the main reason we have now decided to share our little piece of paradise.
