A beautiful one-story ranch situated nicely in the Finger Lakes on the East Side of Seneca Lake. The wide-open floor plan with cathedral ceilings accents this property nicely. Entering the home from the roadside brings you into the foyer with the kitchen to the right, which leads directly into the wide open living room on the lakeside of the home. The master bedroom is adjacent to the living room on the lakeside of the home offering a stunning view, through the French doors.
The kitchen is brand new including granite solid surface countertops, cabinets, and appliances. The appliances include a range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and an over the range microwave. The granite countertop accents the cabinets nicely. The beautiful view of Seneca Lake can be observed from all parts inside the home or outside by exiting the French doors and walking onto the back deck.
The master bedroom boasts a king size bed and a spectacular view of the lake. The master bedroom is situated nicely on the lakeside of the home on the northern end. The master bedroom also has a set of French doors, which Seneca Lake can be viewed inside or out by stepping on to the deck at the rear of the home.
The two additional rooms one being a bedroom on the lakeside and the other a den on the roadside are positioned on the southern end of the home. The bedroom contains a queen size bed and the den a pull-out sleeper sofa. These bedrooms offer the extra space needed for additional couples or for the kids.
The deck is a beautiful place to sit and drink your morning coffee or watch the sunset at night. There is a grassy area between the deck and the lake, which is great place for the kids to play.

About the owner: We are Donna and Bob Stivers and have been in the rental business for 20 years, rented house boats for 9 years, and we have operated Stivers Seneca Marine for 13 years. We have lived on the lakes for our entire lives. Our knowledge and experience has created a sense of security for our customers while vacationing on Seneca Lake.
Why the Owner Chose Romulus:
We love the Finger Lakes, this is the area that we have lived and have done business for the past forty years. This house is approximately 5 miles from our Marina, Stivers Seneca Marine. The proximity to our Marina makes it easy to welcome guests to our beautiful one - story ranch on the East Side of Seneca Lake.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
This property offers a beautiful dock with a gazebo to watch the sunrise in the morning or to watch the sunset in the evening.
The house is situated nicely in the middle of the Finger Lakes Wine Trail.
The lake is right in the backyard to go swimming or to just float around.
If getting out on a boat is what you are interested in, come down and visit our marina. We have pontoon boats to rent by the half day or the full day.
