Loved the location; Nauset Beach is my favorite and a short walk away, and I am a regular at Joe's Bar at the Barleyneck Inn. Farm Market, Bakery and Sandwich Shop steps away, three good restaurants within walking distance, Newstand, Post Office and Ice Cream Shop across the street, total enclosure and privacy. That is why.
