We had a wonderful and relaxing vaction at Madeira Beach in this condo. It was just as promised - very clean and well appointed. Being right on the beach was amazing and the views of the Gulf were stunning - lots of dolphins sightings! The location is perfect - very close to restaurants, shopping and tourist attractions. A barbeque would be a welcome addition but otherwise it was perfect! Thanks Sam for a terrific holiday!

Perfect Madeira Beach Vacation Spot

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your Madeira Beach condo. It was everything we hoped it would be and more. The view off the patio was picture perfect! The condo itself was very clean and roomy with all of the comforts of home. The location was great and we loved walking the beach morning and night. There were also many activies nearby which we took advantage of including shopping at John's Pass, taking a fishing charter, horseback riding, parasailing, paddleboarding, and renting waverunners. It was truly a vacation filled with many memories and one we won't soon forget! Coming from the snow and cold of Wisconsin we couldn't have asked for anything more and sure didn't want to leave. We would love to come back in the future and would definitely recommend your condo to our family and friends. Thank you again!

Great Stay in Madeira Beach!

What a wonderful place to stay! The four of us had a great time in your condo. The view was something that we don't get in North Idaho, and the weather was perfect! The close proximity to St. John's Pass was a big bonus. We rented jet skis, took them out in the gulf, and even had a few dolphins swim near us! We will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Florida.

Beautiful clean property just as decribed. Loved the patio most of all with the very close views of all the dancing dolphins. Unit was well supplied with everything that was needed for a relaxing 3 weeks. Would definately recommend to friends. Wish there had been a barbecue & the pool had been a little warmer. Found the owner very helpful & courteous & was quick to respond to any questions. Hope to be back on Maderia Beach again next fall.

Jumping Dolphins!

This was the second time my husband and I stayed at this condo and it was absolutely amazing both times. The condo is clean, spacious, beautiful and well maintained just like the pictures. The beach is within 20 steps and you can hear the ocean while you are laying in bed. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. We saw dolphins every day and actually saw them jump out of the water on more than one occasion. John's Pass is within walking distance (1.2 miles) and the Candy Kitchen is wonderful place for a treat to end a wonderful day at the beach.

Our vacation week at Unit 3B at the Trillium was beautiful! The listing photos were very accurate. The property was very clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect! I would definitely stay here again, as well as recommend it to family and friends!

Stayed at the condo the first week of September. When we walked into the condo I could not believe the view, it was breath taking. The pictures are exactly what the condo looks like it is beautiful! Loved sitting on the balcony listening to the waves and watching the dolphins. You could step out onto a balcony from every room. The beds were comfortable and the rooms spacious.The only downfall was having to leave!!! Cant wait to book my next vacation, Thanks Sam for such a beautiful condo and all your help..

Nice Condo, Great Views!

My family and I had a wonderful vacation at Sam's condo. Sam was very helpful also. The condo is beautiful, and just as pictured, and very clean. We loved hearing the ocean at night, then in the mornings it was great to have breakfast on the balcony and watch the dolphins. To us the condo offers the best of both worlds, you have views of the gulf, and close enough to all the places you need to go. We took our grandson on his first Walt Disney World trip, which is only 1 1/2 hrs away. He also saw the dolphin, Winter, in Clearwater. His parents took him to Bush Gardens in Tampa as well, which was just 45 minute drive. It is a great place to sit and relax,,,,,,,, would recommend this condo to anyone wanting a wonderful vacation. Beautiful Condo! A real home from home...

My wife and I stayed here with our 2 kids (18 and 13) for 10 days before returning to Orlando for a few days and then flying back to the UK. The apartment is fabulous, the view over the gulf and the sunsets are stunning. You can see dolphins on most days from the balcony, if you know what to look for. On our first day one actually jumped out of the water - spectacular! Samuel was very helpful with the booking and arrangements and the spacious apartment had everything provided. The beach was cleared most mornings by tractors, perfect for bathing. We took long relaxing walks along the sea edge nearly everyday - in our opinion the Trillium is located in the best part of Madeira beach. It's within walking distance of Johns Pass village where there's plenty of eateries, bars and gift shops. A Winn-Dixie supermarket and a number of small shops are also within easy walking distance in the other direction. A trolley bus is also available along the main road if the weather is inclement or too hot. We've been to many apartments on the gulf coast over the last 10 years (Sarasota, St Pete's Beach, North Redington Beach) and this is the best. All in all we had a great time and we will be back!

My husband and I stayed here for our Honeymoon. It was the perfect place for us. If we had any questions, I would e-mail Samuel and he responded very quickly. We enjoyed every minute of our stay here and will return for another stay. It was clean and updated, and exactly as pictured in the photos, and the views were incredible. Breakfast on the balcony, watching the dolphins and listening to the waves was a great way to start the day. We can't wait to visit again.

July 4th 2012 Trillium 3B

Absolutely awesome. The previous reviews are right on target. If the ratings could be scored up to 10, this condo would receive a 10. Unit 3B was extremely clean and very roomy. I vacationed with my Wife, two Kids, and my Mother. We had plenty of room and privacy for all. The views were fantastic and the condo is litterally 40 yards from the water. My Wife and I have visited this area several times over the past two years and this was by far the one we will remember the most. We will most definitely be back on the calendar soon. There are all kind of activities in the area. Took the kids parsailing, jet sking, deep sea fihing, and surf fishing. We caught 3 bracudas, 6 red grouper, 1 black grouper, and several grey snapper. John's Pass is great too. We found ourselves there a lot. Don't forget the 10 mile trip to O'Maddy's in Gulf Port. Fabulous food.

Excellent stay

We stayed in apartment 3B for one week. The apartment has everything that you can possibly need during your stay. Lovely kitchen, clean and fresh bathrooms and comfortable beds. The view of the ocean is breathtaking and we saw several dolphins from the balcony. Even though the tropical storm Debbie stroke during our stay, we very much enjoyed it. I recommend this apartment to anybody!

My husband and I stayed at the Trillium Condo #3B on Madeira Beach from April 28th until May 12th 2012. We liked the condo very much and enjoyed the beautiful ocean view from the livingroom and the two bedrooms. The condo was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the open balcony where we watched the beautiful sunsets. There were many restaurants located nearby and lots of shopping for goodies. Sam was a great help answering all our questions. We would highly recommend this property to families or older couples looking for rest and relaxation!

Great St. Pete/Madeira Condo

Just spent a week of spring break at Trillium condo and had a wonderful time. The condo is literally 30 ft. to waters edge and we listened to the sound of waves all day and night. The condo is accurately depicted- roomy and clean and had everything we needed. Having the full-size washer and dryer in the unit was so much better than having to use a pay wash room! Also having a private beach (not open to the public) was a plus--no crowds. We enjoyed our stay (saw pods of dolphin swim right in front of us every day!) and will definately be back. Sam was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend this owner and condo for those looking for beach proximity, affordability, and nice owners :-)

Heaven on Earth

Over the last 20 years we have been "March Madeira Beach Vacationers" and have loved it. This, however, was the first year we have had the pleasure of being in the Trillium Condos and it was our best year ever. There are only 15 units in the whole building which made it very pleasant for parking, using the elevator and the pool. This unit was WONDERFUL and I hope Sam will welcome us back every year. The bedrooms were bright, beds very comfortable and the linens are lovely. The leather furniture in the living room was luxurious and very comfortable - great choice. The modern kitchen had great lighting, granite counters, loved the ice cube maker, clean appliances and it came well-equipped, (or seemed to be - we eat our main meal out at one of the many within walking distance first-rate restaurants) and the bathrooms were up-dated, clean and fresh with plush towels. My two favourite things (and there were many) about this condo was: 1) the panoramic view from every room of the gorgeous beach and falling to sleep every night with the melodious lull of the tide - ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. 2) our landlord, Samuel, was a blessing - if I needed a question answered I would e-mail and have a reply within the hour - excellent service and very much appreciated. It was our pleasure to be your guests. My husband and I highly recommend this unit - I could live there forever, you'll love it!!

A wonderful experience

Me and my husband stayed at this lovely, spotless condo for 2 weeks this past February. The pictures do not even give the condo justice. The view is spectacular, and waking up and falling asleep to the crashing waves is absolute heaven., the sunsets are gorgeous, just outside your family room windows. It is very spacious and comfortable, everything you possibly need is right there for you. I would highly recommend this to my family or friends. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay.

Clean,Comfortable and Updated Furniture is a PLUS

Enjoyed watching the dolphins daily swimming in the ocean. We enjoyed walking a mile up the beach to St John's Pass, shopping and having lunch or dinner. The heated pool did not seem heated but was not a problem as we enjoyed just sitting in the sun on our deck. Condo was very neat and clean and had everything we needed to fit our needs. We like to stay in different areas but would return to this condo.

We had a wonderful time last week. The accomodations were great....the views were amazing! The condo was clean and well maintained. We made a day trip to Tarpon Springs and a trip to the St. Pete. Pier. We spent most of our time on the beach taking walks and enjoying the sunshine! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely condo!

What a wonderful condo! It far exceeded our expectations and was even better than the description and photos. The condo was extremely clean and beautifully decorated through out. It was very spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed coffee on the deck each morning and cocktails at sunset watching dolphins and pelicans - fabulous views! We loved the location - right on the white sand beach, one mile from great shopping and restaurants at John's Pass. We travel to Florida once or twice a year and will definitely plan to stay here again in the future.

Our family spent Thanksgiving week in this condo and one word says it all... FANTASTIC! Since it was a bit off season, there weren't any crowds and others staying in the Trillium felt the same way! Love the small complex and security of the building. Condo was GREAT! Largest 2 bedroom we have ever rented! Space to spread out - seeing as we had our son and his friend who are 23 with us - I loved having a big TV in the bedroom to watch while they controled the TV in the living room with Sports! We enjoyed our drinks on the beach during the fantasic sunsets, enjoyed watching the dolphins play in the morning from the balcony, and just LOVED the comfy beds! We slept most nights with all the doors open and listened to the waves crashing all night! Water was hotter in the hall bathroom shower than the master but that isn't enough to make me complain :-) Only thing missing for us was a muffin pan - but I just made my morning muffins in a cake pan! Just as Yummy!!! Many thanks to the extras left over from other visitors. That honey was to die for!!!! and one evening I really wanted a cup of tea and long and behold - someone had left some in the unit! THANK YOU! We too left little things behind for those things you don't think of - or remember after you've left the store! Dockside Dave's right down the street is a MUST visit! Don't let the prices scare you - it is totally worth it! We went twice! Also, the trip to the Clearwater aquarium is well worth the trip up the coast. If you are thinking about renting this condo....... don't wait! Jump and contact Sam today! You won't be disappointed!!!!!!! This a beautiful condo in a quiet part of town. The beach is incredible, excellent golf nearby and Sam's friendliness seals the deal. The condo itself is gorgeous, well equipped and worth every penny. We will certainly be back, in fact we didn't want to leave. It was so nice finding little things people left for others like honey for tea, salt and pepper, and coffee filters in the cupboard. Little things you may not have in your bag, it made us happy to leave a few items behond too !. the washer / dryer was a great asset, as were the beach chairs. It was so much fun. This place certainly feels like home, just with a much better view :)

One Week October Get-away.

We have vacationed in the Madeira Beach area for the past 20 years, and this 2 BDRM condo was the best by far. Quiet and uncluttered. It was everything that we would have wanted in a vacation condo, in fact, we called Samuel mid-week and reserved our annual two-week vacation for May before we left. The condo is exceptionally clean and newly furnished with very comfortable beds and all needed kitchen supplies for eating in (especially breakfast) on the balcony ...WHAT A VIEW!...food for the soul. We are 3 adults so the best amenity is the layout of the condo which provides each bedroom with an ocean balcony and everyone gets to drift off to sleep and wake up to the sounds of the waves on the beach, which is VERY unusual in most condos in the area. We felt right at home and were so comfortable that no one wanted to leave. We have definitely found our vacation spot and will return again and again. The weather turned colder than we would have liked, but that didn't deter from sitting on the balcony, or walking the beach, enjoying the power of the ocean waves that crashed on the clean, white-powder sand. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

My husband and I stayed here for the first time and our experience was amazing! The condo is very modern and very nice. We felt "at home" from the time we walked through the door. It was amazing to be in any room and be able to look out at the ocean and watch the dolphins and manatees playing. You are literally just a few steps from the water. The owner of this beautiful place was very responsive and helpful. We had a little issue with the air conditioning and he answered our call immediately, had someone out to fix it very quickly and was very apologetic for the inconvenience. Once the issue was resolved, he communicated he was available, but never interrupted our vacation unless we needed him. We will be going back again without a doubt!!

Need I say more? We started each day with walk on the beach which was literally our "backyard". We spent our afternoons soaking up the sun and taking in the surf, and the pool. Everything was literally right there - we did not have to leave our place to experience this. The beach was also nice and private not overrun with people. We liked that. At night we took a short drive to local destinations like st. petersburg, clearwater, tarpon springs, john's pass OR we stayed home made delicious dinners in the well equipped and nicely renovated kitchen followed by sunsets from our balcony - what views!!! We really enjoyed ourselves and found the condo and the location a good place to get a little peace and relaxation. we can't wait to get back.

We didn't want to leave! The condo was so clean and comfortable and the view was outstanding! Everything we needed or wanted was right there - fully equipped kitchen, beach chairs, books, and so much more. The property was very secure and the beach was clean and uncrowded. Thanks to Samuel, this vacation exceeded our expectations and we can't wait to come back. We had a good meal at Ricky T's, which was always hopping. Dolphin Racer was really fun...the dolphins came right up to the boat.But we enjoyed the condo so much we ended up staying there most of the time! Sunset Pier60 on Friday night is a must see..outdoor movies, vendors, performers...great time. Bless you Samuel! Your place is awesome! When can I move in fulltime?????

Our family of 5 had a great vacation. The condo exceeded our expectations. It was clean and had enough room for all of us. The views were amazing from every room. Each morning we saw dolphins swimming while eating breakfast on the balcony. I recommend visiting Johns Pass, taking a dolphin sunset cruise and eating dinner at Spinners in St. Pete Beach! Our family would highly recommend this property! The Trillium is located right on the beach, is very close to all amenities, including John’s Pass, and is very well maintained. As for the condo, the unit has an excellent layout and has been very nicely updated. The views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico are spectacular. The owner of the condo, Sam, was great to work with and always responsive to our questions. We plan to return in the future!

The condo was beautifull. The living areas were spacious and the beds very comfortable. The kitchen was very clean and well equipped. The views from the living room and the balconies were spectacular. The beach was not crowded and was great for swimming and sun bathing. We enjoyed parasailing (Eagle), the bird sanctuary, and several of the local restaurants -- Dockside Dave's and The Pub were our favorites. Most of all, we enjoyed a peaceful time of relaxation. My granddaughter and I worked the 504 very-small piece puzzle that we found on the bookcase. It was a wonderful vacation. I highly recommend this property.

Fantastic vacation getaway right on the beach! Incredible views from the balconies from the early morning sunrise sparkling on the water and dolphins on their daily excursions to the dazzling evening sunset and the moonlight shimmering on the water. Beautiful new kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. And, as other reviewers have mentioned, new furniture and very comfortable new beds. This condo was very clean and very well maintained. Sam was wonderful to work with and very responsive to any questions we had. Thank you, Sam, for being so attentive and providing such a wonderful vacation condo. We are already looking at the calendar and planning our next visit.

This was one of the most relaxing vacations I have every taken. Sam was great!!! Even if some small problems arose Sam was there to take care of everything! We didn't have to worry about a thing. The kitchen was ready to start cooking (if you want to cook) great places to eat at John's Pass. Beach is right out the lobby door. Sam provided beach towels, chairs, toys, floats, etc... Our 13 year old boys had a blast with the sea life. Dolphins swim by about every day, sting rays can be seen in the water along with other types of fish. The beach was clean and sunsets were amazing. The condo was very nice and the decor was very nice. Had lots of room, closet space, etc. Very nice having a washer and dyer in condo. I could go on an on about this place.. it was wonderful! Again, thanks Sam for taking such good care of us!

My sister and I stay at this condo for one week, it was simply beautiful, very clean, great view of the gulf from every room. The kitchen had everything we needed all appliances and cookware brand new, not to mention furniture and beds very comfortable. Although we were only two this condo would easily accomodate up to 6 people! The only thing negative I would have to say is that I wish we would have stayed longer. The beach area where this condo is situated is very quiet compared to other condos which we stayed at in past years at Madeira Beach. I strongly recommend this condo to anyone wanting to go to Madeira Beach!! Thanks for making our stay very enjoyable!

The condo was everything advertised. The view was incredible and it is right on the Beach ! We opened the blinds and had a full view of the ocean. Dolphins were out every day! Very nicely furnished, great kitchen. Both bedrooms had a balcony you can open up and enjoy the breeze and view ! It was nice to fall asleep to the sound of the waves. We had a wonderful time, and will come back every chance we get. We certainly have nothing like it back in Indiana ! I have already told all my friends about this incredible condo.

We were very pleasantly surprised with the quality of the Trillium condo property and this particular rental unit. The beach literally was thirty steps from the elevator and if we were too lazy for that much exercise, we could sit out on the balcony overlooking the Gulf and watch the dolphins in the water. The bedrooms were good sized and the bathrooms were very clean. The family room was spacious with a new flat screen and comfortable furniture. Didn't do any cooking (why would you when there are so many great seafood restaurants within a five minute drive?) but the kitchen appeared to be fully stocked and the appliances were pretty new. Full size washer/dryer too. We would definitely stay here again, Sam the owner was great to work with.

We had a wonderful time - the condo is absolutely beautiful, clean, and located in a very nice section. It is well stocked with everything you could want or need. Beautiful view from the spacious balcony as well as from the bedrooms. Nothing like falling asleep and waking to the sound of the surf! Just a few steps to the gorgeous uncrowded beach! Our week at the condo was wonderful! Everything we needed was provided and communication with the owner was excellent. The condo is clean, spacious and beautiful. Hard to describe the absolutely gorgeous view from the balcony, it was very relaxing...we watched sunrise and sunset over the Gulf waters, sparkling like diamonds, and the dolphins did their show daily. This is one of the best! You will love it!

Our family had a great time at your condo. The condo was immaculate and the views from all balconies were incredible. With the building having only 15 units, it was very quiet and relaxing. The location couldn't be better. Daily walks on the beach to John's Pass and the Candy Kitchen were fun. The whole family, including the teen age kids did not want to go home. We will recommend your condo to others who are headed to this area. Sam, you were fantastic to work with and we appreciate your efforts. Thank you Samuel. You were right that we would love your condo. We had breakfast each morning on the balcony enjoying the ever changing views of the Gulf. The location was perfect. Each evening we tried one of the many restaurants that are within a ten minute ride from your location. The condo was well equipped, the bedding was so comfortable and the view - spectacular! We certainly will return to this slice of paradise.
