  My wife and I booked Dominic's condo in June 2012 when we suddenly needed quick housing for a few weeks in Pompano. We contacted him needing a quick response, and we ended up speaking several times over the next few hours, as he was readily available to help us on short notice, and for a fantastic rate. We were already happy about the arrangement after how easy it was, so we were stunned at how nice the accommodations were. We walked in to a brand new renovation, including new appliances, granite counter tops, cabinets, and flooring. The same renovations went throughout the condo, and the only thing we disliked was that the condo wasn't available longer. We would highly recommend this unit to anyone - the rental experience will not disappoint.

  We've been "winter" vacationing in Florida for six years. This was the best condo we've ever rented. It was clean, well-maintained and was truly a "turn-key" vacation home. The property is directly across from the beach, there are restaurants, churches, grocery stores, etc., within walking distance. I highly recommend this condo and would love to return some day.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing.

  Lovely condo ! nice decoration, very pleasant place to be ! Very comfortable ! outside garden is very nice, pool and all amenities quiete, beach just across the street. very clean Owner is very nice

  Absolutely wonderful condo - well appointed, meticulously clean, beautifully decorated (even the dishes matched the decor) and a GREAT location!!! The listing photos although lovely do not do the condo justice. We especially enjoyed the view from the balcony overlooking the gardens which were beautifully maintained and even more delightful at night when lit up (the grounds keeper was also most friendly & helpful)! It was perfect for a quiet & relaxing get-away. Located just across the street from a nice beach, with great restaurants and a market within walking distance. Nice drive to Miami along the Florida coast and no trip would be complete without a visit to the spectacular Florida everglades (we took a tour from a nearby hotel). The water taxi was also a wonderful way to see the area and very reasonably priced. We would highly recommend the property and hope to visit again very soon!!!

  This beautifully decorated condo right across the street from the beach was our temporary home for two months and we loved every day of our stay. We had all the comforts of home and then some. The king bed was so comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen were extremely well equipped. The huge walk-in closet and double sinks in the bathroom made for hassle free organization and dressing when getting ready to head out to great restaurants and local shops. The pool area was fantastic, laundry room conveniently on the same floor and friendly, quiet residents made our stay even nicer than we had expected. The owner couldn't have been more pleasant to work with and we really appreciated his attentiveness and patience. We recommend this vacation condo highly to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation condo in the Pompano Beach/Fort Lauderdale area. Five stars!!!!!

  My husband and I just returned from staying at this condo last week. We were there for two weeks of glorious sunshine. The condo is soooo clean and nicely decorated...and has everything you could ask. The Florida Room gives you a fantastic view of the pool and the garden. We would often sit in the Florida Room in the early morning or the evening ....such a relaxing place. I would highly recommend this accomodation to couples who are looking for a nice peaceful getaway. The grocery store,pharmacy and Dunkin Donuts is less than a mile away...great walk first thing in the morning. Everything about our stay was the very best and we look forward to returning in the near future. This condo was an excellent find.

  My wife and I just spent an incredible 30 days in this condo. The unit is clean, has plenty of room, and the view is phenomenal. Can't say enough - I have been all over Florida, but this convenient location may have made this trip the most stress-free and enjoyable vacation I have taken. The condo has absolutely everything you need. The view from the pool is unbelievable and the beach is right there as well. I will definitely be back here. For a first time VRBO user I was a little skeptical, but this a stand-up guy and very easy-going. I hate to give this good of a review b/c it will always be rented out when I want to come down, but I can't say enough good things about this vacation. It was 80 and sunny every single day. We both said yesterday on the cab to the airport that it was hands down the most relaxing and best vacation we had ever been on. . .the LOCATION alone makes staying a no-brainer, but the cleanliness, the great view from the pool area, etc., just make it all the better. Thanks again. . . I'll be back at least once every winter!

  My wife and I spent 2 months here and can't wait to plan our next trip back. The property is lovely with a beautiful pool area, well manicured grounds, and friendly people. We're already talking about our next stay at the condo and have friends, who've seen our pictures, asking about it as well. It's a quick walk to the beach, quick walk to great restaurants, and overall a great location. I spend a month in Florida at least once a year and I have many places to compare it to. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, quiet stay in beautiful south Florida.
