  We came down for a getaway weekend and had a great time at this property. The home is in a very exclusive area with many fine homes and had easy access to one of the best local beaches around. The interior finishes were all high end and well designed. When we walked in my Wifes jaw dropped. The artwork is well placed and very "Carmel". From the living room balcony you can enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sun drop into the ocean or sip a cup of coffee in the morning with the sound of waves and fresh morning air. Our elder dog loved the elevator ride back upstairs after his jaunt on the beach. All in all a great place in a great location.

  We had a wonderful time at your beautiful home! The location was perfect. I loved being so close to the beach that I could listen to the waves come in while I was inside kicking back. The street is peaceful, without constant cars driving by or parking in front of the house like they do down on Scenic drive. Your location is so much better! I didn't think I would really use the elevator, but it came in so handy with our luggage and our Corgi's short little legs. I know that he really appreciated the elevator. Thank you so much for sharing your gorgeous home!

  My wife, daughter and I stayed at this lovely home for a little less then a week. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and very close to town and great restaurants. The owner was extremely helpful with lists of restaurants, bike rental, hikes and gyms. Home was as advertised.

  My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house by the sea. The gourmet kitchen was amazing. We enjoyed walking on the beach or walking to restaurants which were near by or a short drive away. The sunsets with a nice glass of wine were moments we will remember. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We have been renting houses for the past 10 years in Carmel and this by far is the best and we have plans already to return next year. Janet is very nice to work with and helpful. A wonderful place to relax.

  Our visit to Carmel was wonderful! We recommend this property to anyone who wants a perfect Sea-side location. This property had very nice upscale amenities; the kitchen was fully equipted with every kitchen tool possible. We especially enjoyed the beautiful Sun sets and the wonderful walks along the beach. The perfect place to relax and spend time with the family. The owner had excellant customer serves and made it easy for us to check in and depart- not complicated at all. We are already searching our Calendars for some free time to plan our next trip.

  My wife and I, with our dog, enjoyed another weekend in Carmel. We love the property! The large kitchen with all the amenities allows us to cook during our stay, the living room is in the same area so it makes it easy to lounge and relax with the fire blazing while enjoying a glass of wine and chatting to whom every decides to cook. The well lit home is very comfortable and we will return for another weekend in the future. We travel down from S.F. and love all that Carmel by the Sea has to offer. This trip the weather was a bit of a challenge (ealry December) but the skys opened up for a Saturday walk downtown and a run on the beach with our pooch, off leash in Carmel.

  Everything is top notch in this home from the decor to the comfortable beds, the gourmet kitchen and location on a quiet street. Choosing whether to watch the sunset by walking a very short distance to Carmel bay or Carmel beach or from the living room is optimal. We walked to town everyday, where you can find great designer shops and gourmet local cuisine, not to mention wine tasting from local vineyards. Everyone is so friendly and its great to see dogs everywhere. Janet is so helpful with restaurant suggestions and other accommodations. We are looking forward to our next visit already. Cheers!

  The Beach House "made our vacation." It was beautiful, very functional, and immaculate, We enjoyed the art, comfort, gorgeous sunsets, the great beds, and the unbelievable ambiance. The architecure and decor was great. We kept finding unique and thoughtful touches througuout our stay. Janet was very friendly and helpful. We have been to Carmel eight times and this is the best! Glad we stayed here, and hope to return. Dan and Julia

  This is such a wonderful property. It is ideally located to the town and the valley. We had a wonderful weekend in this charming house.....it was so relaxing and had lovely views. This house is also very well equipped and the elevator really is very helpful in bringing suitcases, supplies, etc. into the house. I would definitely rent this house again.

  This property is even more amazing than described...It was a pleasure to stay in five-star luxury with our pets, and to have homeowners who trust that people who travel with their pets can be respectful of nice properties. This home is perfect for anyone wishing to experience Carmel to its fullest, with easy access to downtown, and a short walk to the beach.
