The Fall Line Condominiums give you great value, comfort, convenience of location, and friendly service. The Fall Line, located in the Town of Telluride, walking distance to main street, the park, shopping, the library, free gondola and river trail.
The units are fully furnished with a full kitchen, breakfast bar, dining table, living room, deck and laundry center. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The second bedroom has a double and single bed. Amenities include, elevator access to all units, hot tub in the courtyard, covered parking and daily maid service. Why the Owner Chose Fall LineWe love Telluride and chose The Fall Line because of it's great location near the gondola and walking distance to everything, the Town of Telluride, Town park, and river trail. The Fall Line is more spacious, with a private balcony, than most comparable units.
The Unique Benefits at this CondoThe Fall Line is quiet. Has underground parking. It's located next to the library, the grocery store, the town park, river trail, and Telluride main street. It's walking distance to everything and is on the bus line. The units are clean and well kept.

Great economical condo in Telluride

Fall Line Condos are exactly as described. They are a conveniently located, economical nice place to stay in Telluride for a ski trip. There is parking in the garage below and once the car was in the garage we didn't need it since the gondola is a few short blocks away. The condo was clean and there were no surprises for us. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel then this is not the place for you but if you are looking for pleasant place to sleep and hang out then this is for you. The furnishings in the condo are not the latest or greatest but are very comfortable for a ski vacation. We had no complaints about the beds and didn't expect flat screen tv's. The managers were very attentive and available 24/7. It was quiet and the hot tub was nice. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a nice, comfy place to stay for their ski vacation.

I have to say that I choose Fall Line because of the Great Price! "The Best Deal In Telluride" isn't just a catch phrase it really is true... The property managers Tom and Elaine are very nice folks, that take pride in offering a quality product at an awesome price! ! I found the property to be well taken care of, clean, and neat! The place was a bit dated compared to other properties in town costing 4 times the daily rate, BUT, in just about any other town one would consider these very nice accommodations! A great stay and I enjoyed doing business with real people that care!
