Great Location for a Family Reunion

Our extended family (4 generations) recently gathered here for a family reunion. The house is perfect for this type of gathering because of the separate floors. The children could play downstairs with the pool and foos ball tables, making as much noise as they wanted, without bothering Great-Grandma and Great-Grandpa. In addition, the kitchen is large enough for several people to be preparing meals at the same time. The house was clean and had plenty of necessary items, such as towels, kitchen instruments, videos, etc. The owner provided six guest passes to the Eagle Crest exercise and pool facilities which were valid for several days. We thoroughly enjoyed using the pool and exercise room. When we arrived, there had been a misunderstanding with the cleaners and the house hadn't been cleaned. I called the owner, Michelle, who was immediately responsive and got the cleaners to arrive quickly. In addition, Michelle offered to pay for our dinner as a compensation. We were gone for about 2 hrs. and arrived back to find the house in immaculate condition. We do have a couple of suggestions to the owner: It would be terrific if there were detailed, specific directions for how to operate the TV. It took 3 of us to figure it out! In addition, the TV doesn't have very many channels available; we're unsure if this is because of the remoteness of Eagle Crest or if something was wrong with the Bend Cable system. In addition, the sliding glass door is missing a screen door; it would have been nice to open the glass door for ventilation. Also, the icemaker is not working. However, all-in-all, the home was as described and perfect for our needs. The owner was quickly responsive and helpful. We would stay at this home again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

House was amazing! Went to Eagle Crest with a group of girl friends for a get away. Used gym and hiking trails.Had an amazing time! Didn't have any extra blankets, so if you plan on using the futon or couches as beds for sleeping, make sure you take your own bedding/blankets.Thanks for the stay!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We all loved our stay at this property. The home is very clean and comfortable and modern....very spacious....4 TVs and DVD players.....Huge living room for movie nights......8 person kitchen table..... The Kitchen was fantastic...Has everything you could possibly need to cook....also large stainless steel grill....... loved the deck....the smell of pine trees greets you every morning.....before we stayed, we requested fresh water in the hot tub....and it was great......thank you Michelle for taking great care of us during our stay!!! Also, as a bonus....there are 6 passes to use at Eagle Crest Resort for their pool, fitness Center, and everything else they have to offer.....including Owner's rates for the golf courses.....which were very nice.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

We were pleasantly suprised by how spacious and attractive that this place was. It looks nice in pictures, but was even better in person. The deck overlooking the golf course is fantastic, and the home is simple but elegant. Because of the split level, it was great for kids to play in the game room while adults were upstairs. The kitchen is beautiful with a fabulous view--plan to cook!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.
