  The town house was exactly like it is advertised, very clean and two minutes from the beach,we had a great time. The agent was very helpful. The only problem was the second bedroom with two single beds. This is fine for a family but not for two couples. One of the beds is lower then the other so they can't be put together. Overall a very pleasant stay.

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

  This was a our first visit to Indian Rocks beach and we were very pleased with the location and the property, which were both fantastic. The pictures and property listing give you a true preview of the property. There is a great pool on the property and the beach is located directly across the street. The townhouse was comfortably equipped and very clean with everything that you could possibly need during a beach vacation. Our family consists of two adults and two small children. This property works for families with small children, couples wanting a nice beach getaway or for anyone wanting a nice beach vacation. The management team answered any questions we had very promptly. We had a great time and were so happy with the place!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  Our vacation using your townhouse was quit comfortable. We had a wonderful tme and enjoyed every day. The location is great with easy exit to the beach. I am sure we will be back again. Thank you for letting us use your townhouse...Mildred Dubourdieu I would recommend this property to friends and relatives.

  This was a nice, convenient place to stay. Right across the street from the beach and easy access to restaurants, grocery, etc. The only thing I didn't realize is the steps to reach the main floor as I have knee problems - I assumed a first floor. But other than that we had a great time!

  Recommended for: Families with young children.

  Owner response: This is a 3 story townhouse. Enclosed garage on the ground floor, living area and kitchen on the 2nd floor, with two bedrooms on the 3rd.
