  We love the area and the condo. Should consider replacing outside table and chairs. Master tub in need of repair. Cold water faucet did not work and water faucet is loose and can be removed. Dryer is slow to dry.....

  We greatly enjoyed our stay at Oceania. We had no problem with checking in and it was easy to get questions answered if we had them while booking and during our stay. The condo was large enough and laid out in a way that my wife and I and my three daughters and their families were not on top of each other. The listing on the web page was very accurate down to the comforters on the beds. You got what you saw in the photos and the accommodations were as stated. I would reccommend it to my family and friends. There was parasailing and other water activities located directly on the beach. As usual, we had all of the gulf shore area entertainment, restaurants and shopping outlets. We can't wait to come back.

  My family (6 adults, 4 kids) enjoyed a fantastic stay in Oceania Unit 1 for a week in early August. We were completely taken aback by the beautiful view and furnishings as we walked in our first day there. The waters were calm our first few days there, and we enjoyed seeing several dolphins and jumping schools of fish from the balcony. Later in the week, the waves picked up, and we loved being able to be at the beach in a moment's notice. We all agreed that we would be hard pressed to find a more beautiful place to stay in the future so expect us back!

  Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful condo with our family. We enjoyed being on the beach where we had great views and we could step out the door and be on the beach. The location is great, you are minutes away from great shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. The condo is beautifully decorated and we had everything we needed for a great vacation. We would recommend this property for a family vacation. We hope to come again.

  We had a wonderful stay in Oceania 1! It rained the entire time we were there so we were inside the entire time! The indoor pool was a nice outing for our little ones. There was plenty of room in the condo for the kids to play and for the adults to lounge around. The view is great from this level. I hope to visit again when the weather is better.

  Beautifully furnished, but lacks some conveniences for renters. Pantry locked, master closet locked, storage down the hall locked, 2 bdrms had no dressers. We were 8 women with food piled all over the kitchen with nowhere to store it out of sight. Most of us lived out of our suitcases on the floor. Had only 2 keys until the 3rd day of our stay, although told there would be 4. VERY inconvenient since the key is needed all over the complex. Many burned out lgt bulbs & ice maker didn't work. Carpet in main living area & hall is filthy. Could not have had my grandchildren in this unit because I wouldn't have wanted them playing on the carpet. Insufficient towels & wash cloths, most very stained & uninviting to use. No soap, not even hotel sliver-size! Received instructions for wi-fi, but the options listed in the instructions never appeared. Could occasionally steal a signal from another unit. This was very inconvenient since some of us had work to attend to throughout the week. Bring an ethernet cord! Food items were in the refrigerator & freezer when we arrived. We were told it belonged to the owner, so "just eat it or move it out of your way!" We threw it all out. If the owners want to rent this unit, they need to accommodate those who rent from them. I like to unpack and not live with clutter all over the bedrooms and kitchen area. I've rented other units at Oceania and have had pantry access & closet space to use. The spaciousness and views from this unit are wonderful.

  What a wonderful place for a vacation! The unit is beautiful and the layout combined with the amenities at the condo were just perfect for our families. It is very kid friendly and the accessibility directly into the unit was great when dealing with young children. Thank you for opening your place up for others to enjoy! It is at the top of our list for future vacations in Gulf Shores!!

Reservation Deposit is 30% of total prior to taxes. Balance is due 30 days prior to check in. Cancellation policy is 30 days in Spring/Fall and 60 days in Summer/Peak season.
