  The house was beautiful and nicely decorated. Nine of my friends and I came down for a wedding weekend and we were very comfortable in this house. When we arrived we hardly had to do anything to to feel at home. It comes with towels, toilet paper, paper towels, even shampoo, conditioner and body wash, which makes it really easy to come down and not have to bring your whole house with you. The location is only a short drive from the main strip. I would recommend this house to anyone. Great pool and outdoor patio for lazy in the Palm Spring sunshine! They also offer a late checkout for a small fee, which we took advantage of and really made it better than rushing out in the morning. Only con is that it is close to the airport, but since it is not a very active airport you only heard planes every once in a while.

  I am very pleased with my family's stay at this property! We had a wonderful "girls only" weekend getaway/vacation at this lovely home for me, my cousins, and family friends . Mark and Brad were responded very quickly to my request via VRBO! They were very friendly and welcoming once I contacted them and e-mailed me very promptly and professionally. They guided me step-by-step in booking this vacation home (I'm very new to this whole thing) and continued to follow up with every e-mail I sent. Mark was even available through phone call and was kind enough to answer any questions I had. The contract was very clear and easy to follow, I had to no problem with their requests. The home is lovely, I really enjoyed that it was a corner house and easy to find! The covered garage was also very convenient. The home is right next to Stater Brothers and Albertson's, so our grocery need were easily taken care of. The pictures really do not do this beautiful home justice-- my family and I LOVED the retro design and vintage feel of the decor! But the home was far from "old-fashioned," they had well-desgined kitchen, excellent fridge, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi Internet, and washer/dryer! The home was impeccably CLEAN and TIDY! The master bedroom next to the pool is gorgeous with a comfy bed and the accompanying restroom down the hall was well-stocked with shampoo and toilet paper! The living room is big and spacious and right next to the pool and patio! I loved the privacy of the outdoor area, high walls surround the pool! Each room was spacious & nicely decorated to theme and had fresh laundered blankets and pillows! I cannot emphasize how clean the rooms, living room, kitchen, and bathrooms were-- it was very nice to know that the owners take care of this home! Even after our stay, Mark was very kind to follow-up via e-mail & even notified me the status of our refundable security deposit! My family and I really enjoyed staying here and will hopefully be returning next year for our next weekend getaway! Thank you again!

  We used this spacious house as our annual girl getaway for our family and hosted a small intimate baby shower. Would highly recommend for those that want to get away from the city. It was easy to book and had no problems. Would use this house again in the future!

  I must say I was impressed with the group that manages this property. It had everything you could ask for and pretty much you just need to bring your clothes and toothbrush. The backyard is phenomenal with spa/pool and we loved how everything just opened out into the backyard. Kitchen had everything you needed to make a meal you just need to bring the groceries. The beds were comfortable and overall the house was spacious so worth the weekend price. Definitely made for a relaxing getaway from our normal lives. If there were any issues with the property, it was quickly addressed and the property manager was on standby if you needed her. It's like a 5-7 minute drive to downtown area but there are stores nearby to get your groceries and relax in this home. I highly recommend it to anyone. Plus there's a lemon tree in the back with huge lemons, I knew we should have made lemonade!

  This house is gorgeous and exceptionally well-laid out. Our vacation included three families totaling 3 toddlers and an infant and 6 adults and we all felt we had space! The linens were nice, the kitchen was well-equipped and the pool heating was worth the extra cost. We hope to return to this house every time we visit Palm Springs.

  I recently returned from a three day weekend in Palm Springs with my husband and some friends, and this rental property made our weekend amazing! When we arrived we settled in, and then rarely left the backyard. The pool area had sunshine almost all day, making it perfect for sunbathing and swimming. We spent most of the daylight hours doing just that, and much of the evening in the jacuzzi. The view was absolutely amazing; you could see the snow capped mountains from the backyard and most of the bedroom windows. The interior of the house was decorated with a very modern, yet retro feel. The entire house was very clean and organized. The bedrooms were all a nice size, even the smallest with the two twin beds. The living room was a good size for a large group to convene, we spent quite a bit of time with our group of 10 playing board games and it never seemed cramped. The kitchen was fairly large and well stocked; we found everything we needed when preparing our meals. In regards to the location, the house was close to various restaurants, casinos, grocery stores, etc. We rarely left the house however, as we cooked all our meals there, utilizing the grill, rather than eating out. A few things to note: We appreciated the cupboard of plastic dishes and cups for use by the pool so we had no worries of breaking any glass. Also, there were many extra towels and bedding which came in very handy, especially the towels since we were using the pool every day and evening. Overall, our stay on the property was extremely enjoyable. My husband and our friends would definitely come back to stay in this property for future trips to Palm Springs, and I'll be recommending it to everyone we know!

  Rented for the weekend with 10 friends for my 40th birthday. The house was AMAZING. Felt like a brand new home, everything was spotless, and everything we needed was provided for - towels, pots, pans, soap, shampoo, coffee, wine, etc. Mark was amazing to deal with, made renting simple, easy and always answered all my questions and even went above and beyond to arrange for an extra table and cars to accomadate us all for dinner at the house one evening. The home itself was spotless, well decorated and felt like we were the first people to ever step foot inside. The yard was spotless, well maintained and completely private. Although close to the airport, we actually enjoyed the sound of an occasional plane taking off. Otherwise, the neighborhood was very quiet, residental and centrally located. The pool and hot tub were crystal clear and heated - which has been an issue in the past with other rentals, but not this one. Honestly, this was the perfect weekend escape and I would certainly rent this exact home again. Highly recommend it - you will not be dissapointed. Ten people for three days - we all had a great time, had plenty of room, three full baths, and a great relaxing weekend.

  Originally 6 adults were planning on a weekend away for some relaxation and fun in Palm Springs. Last minute we decided to take the kids, with the owners permission of course. The owners were so organized, accommodating, and a pleasure to rent from. The house was perfect for the 8 of us and it is so close to downtown Palm Springs. Everything was clean, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the beds were comfortable. Since it was cold and a bit rainy we decided to venture to the children's museum on Saturday, which was a wonderful place to pass the time by. On Sunday we took the Palm Springs Tramway up the mountain to the snow (only 10 min away) and had a wonderful picnic. All in all this is a great place to escape and we would recommended it to everyone.

  Every thing listed in the description of this rental regarding the location, layout and amenities is on point and 100% accurate! I fell in love with this property when I arrived. The location is perfect. It's in a quiet cute neighbor hood, but still close to downtown. I love the layout of the house and its modern architecture, and the amazing concrete floors .Every one was able to sleep comfortably and in their own bed. The bedrooms are super cute, and the showers are awesome! I stayed in the master bedroom and the bathroom was connected to the bedroom, and it also had a door that opened straight at the pool. The bathroom was not only cool because I never had to leave my room when taking a shower...but to close the door you slid it! Pretty cool! I love the way the living room is set up. I had 10 people there, and we were all able to watch movies together and have enough leg room to be completely comfortable. The property was extremely clean and well-maintained. Every thing that you would need, is already there for you. The owner of this rental provided excellent customer service. He was very easy to talk to and get a hold of when needed via email. I would definitely without a doubt recommend this property to both friends and / or relatives. This is a place where you can have a good time, or just relax by the pool. Downtown is maybe a mile away so you have tons of excellent restaurants to eat at, bars, the casino etc.. There is even a grocery store right down the street. If you're looking for take out and you like BBQ, I would suggest Cowboy Way BBQ! It's not only amazing, but conviently close! I spent my birthday weekend in this rental, and it was so relaxing! I enjoyed my stay and will make sure to return in the future
