This second/third row, six bedroom, four and one-half bathroom home is located in a quiet neighborhood in the South Forest Beach area of Hilton Head, near the Sea Pines south gate. The home is just 60 steps from one of the best beaches in Hilton Head, with no major roads to cross.
The house, which was built in 1998, is designed with an open floor plan, has extensive decking/porches and offers a private pool which can be heated at an additional cost. The large, open living area has a fireplace, big screen TV with VCR, and comfortable furnishings. The adjacent dining area has a large family size table that seats eight-ten easily.
This six bedroom house is perfect for large families or for sharing with friends. Three of the bedrooms are located on the first floor. The master suite offers a king-size bed with private bath and whirlpool tub. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. The second and third bedroom share a bath located between the two rooms.
The two upstairs bedrooms each have private baths and sitting areas. One bedroom has two queen-size beds and the other a king-size. The sixth bedroom is on the ground floor and has a queen bed. Each of the six bedrooms has cable television. In addition, one of the upstairs bedrooms has a VCR.
The fully-equipped kitchen is designed with efficiency and convenience in mind. You may also choose to retreat to the large screened porch located off the living/kitchen area, that overlooks the pool. The furnishings throughout the house are of top quality. The house is maintained at the highest standards for the comfort and enjoyment of our guests.
