  Thank you for sharing your beautiful 2nd home, we enjoyed the condo and it felt so comfortable. It had wonderful amenities. Kudos to your housekeeping staff, everything was spotless. The area was a great vacation getaway from the shops, dining, pier and surrounding activities, so much to do and not enough time :) We hope to visit again in the future!!

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

  My best friend and I went down for a bit of outlet shopping. Great spot I loved the condo it was modern and clean. The owner even had coffee, cream and sugar with a few other basics if you wanted to stay in and cook. I would go back to this condo again. Thank you! Oh and the owner was very nice helping us with the TV :)

  My family had a great time staying at this condo for our summer vacation! The owners have thought of everything that you would need. It was a true "Home away from home." My husband loved the huge TV and the surround sound. I loved the balcony and the view - we even saw dolphins on our second morning there! I was awesome! Our little girl loved the pool area and beach! We would stay in this condo year after year! We had a great experience! Thanks Rose Marie for everything!

  We just returned home from at great vacation stay at this property. Everything is just as you see in the pictures, if not even better, and what a great view of the ocean. You will feel like you are out on top of the ocean! The owners were excellent to deal with. I had never rented from anyone on VRBO, but Rose Marie made it all very easy. The condo was very clean and well maintained. We would recommend this property to anyone, and look forward to staying again some time.

  We had a great time at this condo over the weekend! It's even more beautiful in person than in the photos. It has a true "at home" feeling. You couldn't ask for better owners to rent from! Rose Marie was wonderful to work with! The next time we return to Garden City I will absolutely stay here again. We will also be recommending it to our friends.

  Guest 04/01/12 Tom&Carolyn Ontario Canada We just returned from a wonderful vacation in your beautiful condo. We were so pleased with everything, the tasteful decor, fully equipped kitchen, and very comfy bed. Enjoyed the balcony for morning coffee and of course the gorgeous view. T.V. was my husbands favourite, the surround sound and large flat screen. We will be returning!!!! Thank you o much Mike & Rosemarie for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home we were so comfortable.Thanks for being so accommodating Rosemarie greatly appreciated.

  Just returned from a month's stay in this beautiful condo.Best illustration as to how we feel, is to say we have already booked for the same month next year.Location is great,condo has every possible convenience ,and all appliances work perfectly.Decor is very tastful and the furniture is extremely comfortable.Loved it and reccommend this condo for a stress free stay.Owners are great.   We stayed 2 months and enjoyed the condo very much. We loved the big screen TV and surround sound. Sitting out on the balcony and loving the view. The bed was great......so comfy. Had the newspaper delivered right to our door. We really loved the condo....decorated very well and kitchen had what we needed. We stayed 2 months and had all the comforts of home. Enjoyed sitting out on the patio and loved the view. A great place to ride your bicycles to. We will be coming back....recommended the condo to our friends. Thank you Rose Marie.

  My husband and I celebrated our 1 year anniversary here and couldn't have asked for a nicer place! We were greated with the cutest elephant towel friend and everything else was just perfect! It was extremely clean and modern. My husband's favorite part was the surround sound and large flat screen TV in the living room! We had to rent Redbox movies each night! We will definitely be back!

  My family had a wonderful and very relaxing vacation in Garden City. The condo was updated and clean. I loved that there was no carpet. The entertainment center was full of luxuries you would have at home such as cable, Blue Ray, etc. The view makes it! Looking out the door, you feel like you are literally on the ocean. We had a great time and felt very comfortable because of the nice accommodations.
