  My wife and I stayed for the month of February 2013. The booking, even though we live in the UK, was quiet a efficent and easy process. The condo itself was really a very nice place to stay. It was very well equiped and very well furnished. We had some friends over to stay for the middle 2 weeks of our rental and there was ample space for the 4 off us so as not to get under each others feet. Mid rental the cleaners paid us a visit a visit and the young lady who cleaned the place worked like a trojan leaving the condo emmaculate. All in all we were very pleased with the rental and will certainly stay there again if we return to Bradenton. p.s. Some very large sea trout to be caught off the back dock at night. Peter and Lynda

  We rented this condo, which is located just over the causeway, on Palma Sola Bay at Bradenton Beach. It has spectacular views from the two balconies (one on each level). It is located close to the beach, stores, restaurants and entertainment. There are bikes to ride to the nearby reserve and across the bridge. Large rooms, well equipped kitchen,and nicely decorated rooms are very welcoming. the owners were very helpful. Thanks for a good experience!

  Just returned from a wonderful month at this condo on Palma Sola Bay. There is plenty of room with the three bedrooms and having three bathrooms is ideal. Everywhere was clean and well maintained. The location was perfect. The condo is on a fairly busy road but it was not a problem as it is well set back on the property. The views from the balconies were amazing. We had hoped to see dolphins from there but not this time. We did however have a visit from a manatee and plenty of birds. We biked down to the beach, around the Preserve (just across the road) and into Bradenton to shop. We also rented Kayaks and toured Palma Sola Bay and the Preserve. The restaurants were wonderful. Our favorites were Sandbar right on the sand(Anna Marie Island) and BridgeTender Inn (Bradenton Beach) where the entertainment was superb. This is a great condo and we would recommend it to anyone.

  My wife and I were thrilled to have stayed here for the month of March. The condo is terrific. Large, well appointed, fully equipped, safe and secure, private and a perfect location. Many hours were spent on the large balconies looking at the water view and wildlife, reading, enjoying our meals and, of course, happy hour! A minor issue was dealt with immediately by the owner, who takes great pride in the property. We enjoyed kayaking and bike riding in Robertson Preserve just across the road. Only a few minutes drive to gulf beaches and shopping. The condo is fabulous! I would recommend it to anyone.

  Our family really enjoyed this comfortable, well appointed condo. A completely accessible condo is not always as advertised, but this is the best one we have found. One small ramp was needed at the entrance and the entire condo was accessible. Our family enjoyed a bike ride in Robinson Preserve and a kayak ride from the dock of the condo. Fish were jumping in the channel and the birds were flying overhead. The gulf is just minutes west of the condo and the beach at the gulf has playground equipment for the children. Our only negative was that the pool was not heated. Our little guys were very diappointed, but they did go swimming in the gulf. The owners were certain to make sure that we enjoyed our vacation getaway. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

• JUST LIKE BEING AT HOME....

  My family had the priviledge of staying in this condo in early August (yes, miserably hot, but cool inside) while our son played in the Pirate City World Series. We loved our stay...the condo is gorgeous and has all of the comforts of home. We were able to sleep 8 comfortably (4 being teenagers), they loved getting the waterfront master all to themselves. All of the rooms are very spacious. The pictures posted do not capture the true beauty of the unit. My 12 yr old son had a ball fishing from the dock right outside our back door...he caught all types of different sea fish...he was even able to look them up and identify each one in a book that we found in the condo. Great, great time...May God bless all who have the luxury of staying in this wonderful home.

We try to provide whatever you need to feel comfortable and we are usually only a telephone call away if you have questions. Bradenton, Anna Maria Island, Longboat Key, Sarasota, St Pete and Tampa offer the best restaurants around. And local seafood in the little Cortez fishing village is the best. For a very casual way of life and beautiful sunsets vacation in the Bradenton area.

  Very clean, beautiful and great place to relax after a busy day. Great view from second and third floor balconies. Nearby activities: horseback riding, para sailing, fishing, beach, jet ski rentals and shopping. There are bicycle lanes everywhere. You have got to go to Peaches and Cream restaurant for breakfast and for dinner go to the City Pier on Anna Marie Island. If you are late coming back from your day out the private garage is nice in that you can drive in shut the garage door with remote and feel safe in leaving your car to go inside. We will recommend to our friends and family and we will go back.

  The condo is very clean and tastefully decorated. The beds are comfortable and as described. Kitchen is well stocked. The pictures do not do the condo justice...there are granite countertops throughout, the master bath is spacious and roomy, large sliding glass doors in living and master open onto balconies. Using the bikes in the basement, we took a long ride on the nature preservel not far from the condo and one day we rode the bikes to the public beach. You could also rent kayaks at the nature preserve. Anna Maria is a quaint town to shop and have lunch in and only five minutes away. The patios are roomy and private overlooking the bay. We grilled out one night in the lawn and visited with neighbors. The only downside is that Manatee Ave. is a busy street and sometimes difficult to exit the property, but you do not hear the traffic inside the condo or on the balconies. We throughly enjoyed our stay!
