This was our first time staying off the strip and I must say we found it exellent, everything we could possibly want, the pools and all the surroundings were kept very clean the staff were so helpfull couldn,t do enough for us, the walk to the strip was easy and we are both in our 70,s would we recommend this timeshare to our friends and family most definitely YES.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Condo was as described. Suggest asking for an owner's unit. Free shuttle service was better than expected. Larry was easy to work with and accommodating. Good value for the money. I would stay here again.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Great location! Great accomodations! Great price! My husband and I stayed in this condo the week after Labor Day 2010. We loved the amenities on the property and the friendly staff. They have a shuttle for the grocery store and the Strip , but you can also easily walk to the Strip. The condo was well equipped and very clean. We would definitely stay here again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Year Purchased: 2005
About the owner: Married in Las Vegas in 1987 and purchased the original timeshare in 1990. The deeded property was exchanged in 2005 for a bigger better development 1 block away from the original location. We visit each year and love spending time here. My wife grew up in Las Vegas and we've got several relatives in the area, 2 of which also own units in the same development which we can also provide as rentals.
Why the Owner Chose Summer Bay:
I grew up in Las Vegas and most of my relative still live there. We visit at least once a year and stay on the property routinely. Our relatives also own 1 bedroom and Studio units in the same development. We love the convient location and all of the on-site ammenities.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
The property was newly renovated in 2009-2010 and has everthing a family would want to enjoy a vacation in one of the most visited destinations in the world.
