My family and I (total 5 adults) stayed at this condo at the beginning of January. The condo is spotless, well appointed and very comfortable. It's a corner unit and the views all around are just fantastic. The location couldn't be better .. right downtown but off the beaten track so it is nice and quiet. Restaurants and shops are all within walking distance. Right outside the door is the Wenatchee River and a beautiful park, which I am sure is very popular in the summer. There was a fair amount of snow, which is what I had hoped for, and mild temperatures! Just perfect. We went on a sleigh ride (Icicle Outfitters) and it was snowing quite heavily at the time. It was just beautiful. Again, just perfect. As you can tell, I love the snow but I am sure all 4 seasons would be just as beautiful. Marcel is very personable and extremely helpful. He is such a pleasure to deal with! Thanks for everything, Marcel. We really loved our stay in this condo. There was more than enough room for everyone. It was just so relaxing and pleasant. This is a beautiful condo with everything you need for a group stay. It's right in downtown Leavenworth with everything nearby. A fabulous kitchen! It was exceptionally clean! In this case the photo's don't do it justice, it's gorgeous inside with wonderful mountain views from the balcony! The owner was very helpful & got right back to me with answers to my questions. I would highly reccomend this condo!!!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This is a "No-Brainer". If your vacation dates are available for this condo. Rent It! Location is Great. Condo is Beautiful. Beds extremely comfortable. Building Very Secure. River & Town just a few steps away and the owner extremely easy to contact. I had my cleaning deposit returned in the mail within 3 days of my stay. We spent our evenings out on the balcony enjoying our favorite beverages and taking in the sights and sounds of Leavenworth. By far best condo in complex. If you go to Leavenworth stay here! Top floor on corner with great views of the Cascade Mountains and downtown. Within walking distance to charming Bavarian Village with a host of specialty shops, restaurants, pubs, and live music. We visited the München Haus beer garden for beer and brats. Interior of condo is finely decorated and immaculately clean. Beds were super soft and comfy. Perfect loft for kids to get away and watch TV or play games. Modern and clean kitchen with everything you need if you decide to stay in. Marcel was very responsive and great to work with. We look forward to visiting again!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We stayed here with out of town family and our 9-month old girl at the end of June, and it was just wonderful! The complex is perfectly located - just behind the town's center, and at the entrance to the Waterfront park. The unit itself is on the top floor, and is a corner unit that affords much more light from the additional windows. It's just a modern, near-new unit that's comfortable and quiet - a great place to come back from a day of exploring (or just eating)! The reservation process was easy, and the communication from Marcel is great. Take any advice from a stranger with a grain of salt, but I'll put money behind my words as I'll be back again!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Our family (4 of us) had the great pleasure of staying at this gorgeous penthouse apartment right on the edge of downtown Leavenworth, for two April days of Spring skiing at Stevens Pass as well as enjoying shopping, dining and exploring the wonderful Bavarian town of Leavenworth. No need to get in the car, just walked everywhere. This top floor, beautifully decorated and appointed penthouse was absolutely perfect! Large rooms, great beds with gorgeous linens, WiFi, satellite TV, everything we could possibly need. There was even a Keurig coffee brewer in the beautiful kitchen. The balcony overlooking the town was another treat. Inside secure parking in the garage was so convenient, the views were terrific, furniture and beds so comfy…everything was wonderful. We loved it!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We LOVED your condo! The location was excellent, right in town. The view of town, the hills with snow, and river were beautiful. The condo was very clean, comfy beds, big towels and well stocked. ....and so could we! This is an absolutely beautiful condo that is immaculately clean, full of amenities and the location could not be any better. One block to the main town square and walking distance to all of the wonderful shops and restaurants in Leavenworth. The owners have everything covered from a Keurig coffee machine, waffle maker, jetted tub, beautiful furniture and the beds were amazingly comfortable. Everything feels new and clean. Our kids loved the loft and had so much fun that they exclaimed, "we could live here forever!" Do not look any further if you are looking to rent a nice place in Leavenworth but please leave us a few weekends as we will be back. Thanks to the owners for taking such great care of us and being so easy to work with. Cheers!Owner response: You're very welcome! This condo is in the perfect location. Once we arrived and parked, we didn't have to use the car once because it is located right in town within walking distance of all the restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. The condo is beautifully decorated and very clean. It can comfortably sleep 6 people although there was just the 2 of us. It has every amenity one would need. The views from the living room and deck are gorgeous, especially when all the holiday lights are on. Marcel is a delight to work with. He is very responsive and friendly. I hope this condo is available next year when we plan our annual Leavenworth trip.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

You couldn't ask for a better place to stay in Leavenworth. This condo has everything you need to make you feel like you never left home. We have been coming to Leavenworth 4-5 times a year for the past ten years (we have friends that live here), and this is the nicest place we have ever stayed! The location is amazing and we WILL stay here every time if we have friends or family that want to join us. We usually stay at the Bavarian Lodge when it's just my wife and I and our young twins, but with a family wedding we needed a larger place for my parents and brother. On top of this great unit, the owner Marcel is very accommodating, and resolved a minor issue as quickly as he could. I would recommend this unit to anyone who wants to walk to EVERYTHING, and leave the car in the garage! I only have one "complaint", and that is all the different codes for everything. It wasn't an issue for myself or my wife, but my parents kept forgetting how to go up and down the elevator :-). Marcel you should be proud of how you run this unit, as we've stayed in a lot of VRBO homes and condos over the years, and you are hands down the most responsive, and respectful owner we have dealt with.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

What a great place to stay. In the heart of Leavenworth. Just steps to shopping, browsing, and great food. The park is also just steps away. Easy to walk back to the condo to rest and relax. We loved the layout, decor, amenities, and spaciousness! The beds were so comfortable. The full kitchen gave us the option to cook a few meals. We love Leavenworth and the condo! We were wowed from the moment we walked through the front door! Our three-night visit this summer was comfortable in so many ways --- this unit is immaculate with plenty of space for all. We felt pampered in the cozy beds and upscale kitchen with ammenities. The environment felt secure and the kids were able to explore the city on their own. Dinner at the Kingfisher Restaurant at the Sleeping Lady Resort was the icing on the cake to a great vacation. We look forward to visiting and staying here in the winter months! This condo is by far one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. It is very modern, clean, comfortable and livable. The kids thought the loft was a great "personal space" for them to hang out. The fully-equiped kitchen has everything you could need, although we mostly ate out since there are so many wonderful restaurants to choose from in Leavenworth. The location is perfect-- walking distance to all the shops and eateries, but far enough that it felt quiet and secluded. We would recommend this condo to anyone who wants to have a nice, relaxing place to stay in Leavenworth with all the amenities of home. We will definitely be staying there again! We were quite pleasantly surprised at the condo - it is SO deluxe and spacious. It looks down over the lights of Leavenworth, w/vaulted ceilings, a big open plan, and lots of room. It's centrally located, and the condo has everything you could possibly need; the beds are Heavenly too! We watched movies, took hot baths in the jetted tub, and walked to a couple great restaurants - we'll definitely be back and tell everyone we know - thanks so much!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This is the best vacation rental we have ever been to! Everything in the condo is brand new. This is a corner unit right downtown. There are open views of both downtown and the mountains. Very nice new leather couches, flat screen tv, comfortable beds, kitchen stocked with everything you need, very nice loft with fold out couch and tv, Very cozy atmostphere. There is gated parking under the building with an assigned parking spot. We didn't move our car one time while we were there, everything is within walking distance. Very close to sledding hills for winter and the river during summer. We're making this an annual family vacation spot for years to come! Can't wait till next year!!! This beautifully decorated, fresh and new get-way is the perfect spot to celebrate Winter! From the minute we walked into this upscale, yet very comfortable unit, we were relaxed. Contemporary furnishings, fresh white down comforters, big screen TV's, cathedral ceilings, 2 bed/2 bathrooms, and views of the German Village as well as the mountains make it the nicest place you'll find in Leavenworth. It's close proximity to the Village and river walk, allowed us to walk to shops, have dinner, and cross country ski & sledding from the back of the condo. We had a magical time staying here near Christmas - with Leavenworth's famous lights in the Village. If you haven't been to Leavenworth, you will want to go back if you stay here.
