We really enjoyed our condo as our winter get-away. This condo is very comfortable and well appointed, just as described in the pictures on site. It is clean, fresh and well equipped with all the necessities of home. The view from both the master bedroom and livingroom is wonderful. We watched the dolphins playing in the Gulf waters. Having vacationed in Panama City Beach for over 40 years, we can highly recommend the Boardwalk and this condo as 'Top Of The Line'.Our plan is to return next year.

Wonderful accommodations and flexible, responsive ownership. The unit was everything it claimed to be with beautiful ocean views. The location was perfect with ample parking and easy access. Well-kept grounds and facilities including a gym and convenience store \ snack bar with amenities close by for restaurants and shopping.

Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We stayed at the condo for a week during Sept. It was amazing. The pictures are what the condo looks like....Very nice and clean. The view from the balcony was great and there was a school of stingrays that played in the ocean right out in front of the condo each day. Pool was nice and they were resealing the walks around the pool. The owner was great to work with and very responsive anytime I emailed him. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone that asked.

I have visited PCB about 12 times now and would have to say this is the best place yet. Over the past 3 years we have visited PCB with our little one and I have to say this place has been the best by far for the great kiddie splash area. We all enjoyed the kiddie splash zone. We also enjoyed the large zero entry beachside pool. The room was spectacular! Great views from the 17th floor. It was so nice to be able to wake up from a good night sleep in a comfy king size bed and to the sun shining in from the huge master suite windows and being able to just walk out on the balcony and see the beautiful beach and hear the waves on the beach. I have to say it was a great place to get away from the real world for a week. The unit was very clean and I loved that it was more like a home and not all bland and dull. We definitely plan on renting from the owner again. If I could give this rental a 10 star review I would. It is definitely a must for all families with small children and those without. Also, the elevators are a plus as well. We hardly had to wait on the elevator at all.

This is a beautiful condo with a great Gulf view from the 17th floor. The balcony was great to sit and watch the view. All furnishings inside were quite comfortable, including the beds, sofas, and chairs. The decor of the condo was beautiful and cozy. Everything was just as it was pictured. It was quite clean and well maintained, great price. We plan on booking this condo again late summer. Mr. Michael was wonderful to work with. We enjoyed our vacation very much.

Owner is very easy to deal with and responds quickly to emails. The condo is very large, clean and comfortable for a two bedroom and had everything that we needed for cooking. It is in a good location and has a great view of the gulf, with the best price that i could find. What more could you ask for? I hope to use this condo on our next trip to Panama City Beach. Thanks!

We have been visiting PCB for over 30 years staying at numerous condos, but The Boardwalk is Priceless. Very nice and well maintained. Will was our contact person and answered the phone on the second ring (unlike others, you may have to leave your room # and wait for a call back). He brought us an extra parking pass within minutes. Kudos to Will! This condo made us forget reality during our stay; it was beautiful, spacious, and well kept. We had the privilege of watching motor driven parachutes traveling up and down the beach for some type of competition and others practice for a triathlon. The condo is second to none. Very nice owners. We will definitly be back!

Thanks so much for renting us the condo. It was perfect for us! Also, I wanted to let you know that your cleaning crew let us go back in the condo after check-out yesterday because we forgot our son's wallet. We did not find it. We were just pulling out of the condo again and got a call that it had been found. We went back to the condo and got it! That really meant a lot to me. I just wanted you to know.

What a get stay!!! The condo was perfect -- beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable! The kitchen had everything we could need or want. Before we arrived all our questions and concerns were seemed to be answered before we even asked! For the first time I've kept contact info and condo number...planning on visiting again.

We loved your condo - beautifully furnished and the view was spectacular! We always stay at the Boardwalk when visiting Panama City, but yours is by far the best!! From the moment we walked in the door, we felt like we were at home!! Very clean and well maintained. The rooms were spacious with lots of closet space.The kitchen was nice & spacious with clean drawers and contents neatly placed. We enjoyed walking on the beach, and the evening sunsets were absolutely beautiful!! .Our vacation came to an end way too soon, we were sad to leave....but will definitely be returning again.... Anyone interested in renting your condo will not be disappointed...Thank you

VRBO #336375 @ The Boardwalk was EXCELLENT! I will say I was a little nervous about picking a new Condo and I had no reason to be.. The pictures actually don't do the condo justice. The condo is so nice, clean and very spacious. The master bedroom was amazing and not to mention the huge closet! We didn't spend much time at the pool because the beach was amazing! So if your looking for a GREAT condo, you won't go wrong with this one. The best part was the price!! So check out VRBO# 336375 today!

Condo was very clean on our arrival. Very large kitchen and bar. View can't be beat, watch the sunset right from the balconey. Owner easy to deal with and responded to my questions promptly. This unit was nicer than the one I rented from Boardwalk on my last stay. For a great romantic dinner try Saltwater Grill. Also it's great to have Pineapple Willy's and Spinnaker's within walking distance for a mid day lunch. We will be looking to rent again! Thanks......

I have stayed at the boardwalk before and this room is just as great as the others. Very spacious for 4 people and very clean. The pictures show it all just really nice. The view is amazing and just a great place. I will be back probably about the same time next year.

I stayed here March 19-26, and had a great time. The condo looks just as good if not better than in the pictures. It was spotless and decorated very nicely. The few friends we had over that were staying in other condos at the Boardwalk all said the same thing when they came in....."your condo is so much nicer than ours!" The view from the 17th floor is also amazing and the pool/beach are both great. Definitely recommended.

We had an amazing spring break in the condo. The condo was beautifully decorated throughout and the kitchen was very nice and included all necessary appliances. The renting process was easy and the owner was very accommodating. The view of the beach from the spacious balcony was wonderful. No complaints throughout the whole trip and will definitely be renting from Mukul again. Thank you for a great trip!
