The design of the Mary E. Sullivan House is historically accurate with exceptional details residents may have pictured a century ago: hand stenciled borders, era-faithful cabinets and casings, and a claw-foot tub. The art is collected exclusively from Utah artists-late 1800s through present day-as are the furnishings. You can sink back into a Morris recliner, dine at the oak kitchen table, or simply stroll through the rooms absorbing the heritage that embraces the home.
Comfortable and private, the Mary E. Sullivan House gives you all the independence of staying in a friend's home, but with the amenities you would expect in the most elegant hotels. Atop its high perch on Park City's historic Main Street, the house is within easy walking distance of boutiques, art galleries, and exceptional dining establishments. And during the ski season, simply step outside the door and aboard the Main Street trolley, which will deliver you right to the town lift.
THE FORMAL PARLOR
Complete with the original floors, the elegant parlor area looks out onto the flower garden nestled against Main Street. Rich sofa and chairs plus original Utah art make this the perfect room for entertaining. In addition, the parlor may be transformed into a separate sleeping suite with adjacent bath and privacy partition.
Gentle light filters through the front door's stained glass into the parlor, just yards away from the bustling center of town.
KITCHEN AND SITTING ROOM
The heart of the Mary E. Sullivan home is the kitchen, complete with European appliances, and sitting room. Together, they offer plenty of comfortable space for dining, watching old movies, or simply lounging after a long day on the slopes. Modern conveniences include iPod connections, DVD, flat screen TVs, and Wi-Fi. Whether it's a late-night card game or curling up with a book, these two lower level rooms offer the luxury of extra living space you won't find in a hotel room.
THREE FULL BEDROOMS
Each bedroom in the home is decorated in its own early Utah style, but it's also furnished with today's most luxurious linens, down pillows, and comforters. Individual sitting areas offer privacy from the home's common rooms, making your bedroom the perfect place to plan the next day's shopping excursion, or just sleeping until noon!
The Master suite crowns the top floor with a king bed room set and attached bath with heated, jetted tub. The Lower-level queen bedroom overlooks a mountain stream and landscaping of the private back yard. Sun-filled windows illuminate a second cozy bedroom to create a private retreat.
MODERN DAY REMINDERS
Lest you get too caught up in the history of the house, you'll find all the creature comforts that make us glad to live in the 20th Century.

Right at the top of Main Street, this was awesome for Arts Fest and can only imagine what it would be like in the winter, right next to all the restaurants, bars, and short bus/taxi ride to Deer Valley and Park city. We enjoyed getting all the information on the history of the home from the concierge. It is a quaint home, with plenty of space and a nice basement. I would enjoy the hot tub in the winter!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Great historical miner's home. Great walk to location. It has been beautifully restored and furnished with nostalgic, comfortable furniture. The new appliances have a cool, modern European look. Enough room to comfortably sleep 6. It felt very nostalgic, like I went to visit my Great Grandmother's home. Great kitchen on main floor and bar downstairs.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

The house has a great antique feel. The restoration work here is very well done. Right in downtown Park City. Beautiful restoration work done to this home. It's a compact house, but spacious enough for a group of 6. It's very bright inside, well lit. Hot tub out back. Classic antique tub.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

Right downtown. Historical home with great appliances and modern tv's . Walk to everything. Great hot tub and larger back yard area for the area. The house was built in 1892 and it reminds you of staying at Grandma's.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.
